You won't just be delivering a curriculum; you'll be building the secure foundation that allows a child to thrive. As a Key Person, you will:

Be a Child's Champion: Provide exceptional pastoral care and educational experiences, focusing on the individual needs of your key children.

Inspire Learning: Plan and deliver enjoyable, effective sessions that bring the EYFS Curriculum to life, maximising every child's learning potential.

Partner with Families: Maintain excellent professional communication with parents and colleagues, building the critical "triangle of trust."
What you need to succeed?

A passion for Early Years education and a truly dedicated approach to pastoral care.

A Level 3 EYFS Qualification or above (essential).

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a clear understanding of Safeguarding and Confidentiality.
The following Nursery Key Person positions available are:

Permanent contract: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day.

Fixed Term contract ending in August 2026, covering Maternity Leave, 37 hours per week, consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day.
Offering an attractive salary of £24,308.60 per annum. (Full Time Equivalent £26,279.57) along with a range of staff benefits including;
