Bede's Nursery, nestled by our beautiful Prep school in Eastbourne, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Key Person’s to join us. The Role: A Journey, Not Just a Job

You won't just be delivering a curriculum; you'll be building the secure foundation that allows a child to thrive. As a Key Person, you will:

• Be a Child's Champion: Provide exceptional pastoral care and educational experiences, focusing on the individual needs of your key children.

• Inspire Learning: Plan and deliver enjoyable, effective sessions that bring the EYFS Curriculum to life, maximising every child's learning potential.

• Partner with Families: Maintain excellent professional communication with parents and colleagues, building the critical "triangle of trust."

What you need to succeed?

• A passion for Early Years education and a truly dedicated approach to pastoral care.

• A Level 3 EYFS Qualification or above (essential).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a clear understanding of Safeguarding and Confidentiality.

The following Nursery Key Person positions available are:

• Permanent contract: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day. 

• Permanent contract: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, consisiting ofMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid break per day.

• Fixed Term contract ending in August 2026, covering Maternity Leave, 37 hours per week, consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day. 

Offering an attractive salary of £24,308.60 per annum. (Full Time Equivalent £26,279.57) along with a range of staff benefits including;
