Bede's Nursery - Holywell Mount

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was three months old, three days a week for the past two years. The staff have all been incredible from the start. I feel confident leaving my now toddler with them. They are a very hands-on, educational and overall well-established nursery/school. The teachers are all very experienced and accommodate your child's needs as required. Management and office staff are also very responsive and organised.

An outstanding nursery with the most kind and considerate teachers and support staff. I have had two older children attend the nursery and it gave them an excellent start and they had such a wonderful time. I had no hesitation in choosing the nursery for my third child, as I know that she will be very well cared for, encouraged to grow as an individual and will have lots of fun!

I cannot think of what more you would want from a nursery. Right from the beginning, the babies have a lovely contained area where they are all safe and the staff are so kind and caring, singing to the children, holding them and pushing them around in a pushchair. They are very good at understanding what your baby is used to and adapting their routine to fit in with your baby. Then as they progress through the years they get more structured activities and a more varied play area to explore. In the preschool year, they do quite a lot of practice with letters and numbers which meant that they are very well prepared to start school. I'll be sad to say goodbye when our youngest one finishes.

I have two daughters in Bede's, I love Bede's and my daughters do too. The teachers are amazing, they do lots of one-to-one to get the best out of my girls. They always ask how they are doing and what they are doing on the weekends so they can talk to them about it. I feel like my girls are happy, safe and well fed which is so all-important. If there are any problems, we get updates straight away. We get photos sent of the girls and sometimes when the girls get grumpy they send us a message or a photo to update us on how they are. We love Bede's and love all the teachers. All amazing.

My daughter has been attending since she was 10 months old. Her experience at Bede's Nursery has always been fantastic. All the staff understand and know all the children which are so reassuring and comforting. She has recently become gluten-free and there were no issues with this diet change overnight. We have received consistent support from her keyworker and all the teachers who she regularly talks about at home! We can't rate our experience highly enough.

Lovely nursery and friendly staff. My daughter has really come out of her shell since going to Bede's Nursery. She has made friends and is learning. She is counting numbers more and singing nursery rhymes. Her speech has come on - very impressed!
