The Role
We are looking for an experienced 3rd in charge or Deputy Manager who is ready for a greater challenge. You will be responsible for assisting to Manage the nursery setting including:
· Delivering an Early Years curriculum which incorporates Montessori, HighScope and EYFS;
· Creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children;
· Assisting to managing a team of up to 10 staff, ensuring they feel fulfilled, happy and supported in their roles;
· Helping to sell the nursery to new parents including conducting viewings;
· Responding to all enquiries, both internal and external, in a timely manner;
· Ongoing nursery communications with parents;
· Building excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues;
· Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed;

What you will bring
• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori
Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS;
• Experience as a Room
Leader;
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children’s learning and
development;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
•
Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook;
• Good
verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong planning and
organisational skills;
• Lots of energy; and above all,
