Job summary
We are looking to employ a level 3 or above qualified room leader. Your role will be to lead the team on a daily basis to ensure excellent communication between you, the team, management, parents and other agencies when required. Must have strong EYFS knowledge and previous experience in implementing EYFS curriculum, strong organisational and planning skills. The role will include overseeing planning and ensuring that activities offered to the children are exciting, stimulating and engaging. Must have excellent safeguarding knowledge. Designated safeguarding lead training will be provided.
