About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager to lead one of our base nurseries and provide targeted support across our regional settings. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll combine leadership, coaching, and quality assurance to ensure every child receives the best start in life.

You’ll be the go-to expert for induction, training, and performance support, helping Early Years Managers and teams achieve outstanding standards in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire your allocated Early Years team to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Support regional nurseries with manager induction, training, financial management and mentoring.
  • Drive quality improvement through action plans, and compliance checks.
  • Champion safeguarding and ensure Ofsted readiness in allocated settings.
  • Analyse performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum, Level 5 desirable).
  • Proven experience in Early Years leadership with demonstrable excellent outcomes.
  • Skilled in coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance standards.
  • A collaborative leader with strong organisational and communication skills.
