Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Wolverhampton (WV3 9DU)
Salary: £39,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Open all year round except bank holidays

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the nursery’s success—leading with vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire: Motivate and support a passionate team to deliver outstanding care and education
  • Maintain high standards: Ensure EYFS compliance and promote strong progress for all children
  • Champion safeguarding and inclusion: Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives
  • Build strong partnerships: Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies
  • Drive performance: Monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop your team: Conduct observations, appraisals, and support ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher)
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in early years and management
  • Proven success in leading teams and creating inspiring learning environments
  • Strong communication, organisational, and safeguarding skills
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives
