Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Job summary

Charley's Angels Day Nursery pride ourselves on being an Ofsted Outstanding Graded, family-run nursery.

We provide child-led, play-based teaching, learning, and care for children aged 0-4 years, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment.

We are looking for a PASSIONATE, MOTIVATED Level 3 Early Years Educator that is eager to make an IMPACT on young children’s early childhood education and development.

Candidates MUST have:

Level 3 qualification or ABOVE in Early Years or equivalent

Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting.

Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.

Basic Safeguarding Knowledge

Paediatric First Aid or willingness to undertake this.

Shortlisted candidates will require 2 references and an Enhanced DBS Check

Hours of Work

The position is Full Time. 40 hours worked over 4 days, All Year Round.

Part Time options working 2 or 3 days per week would be considered however ALL positions require 10 hour shifts per week.

We do not currently have any Term Time Only positions available.

Desirable attributes

Some knowledge of In the Moment planning and play based learning would be advantageous as Charley’s Angels is a completely child led setting which places the whole child at the centre of everything we do.

Some knowledge of The Curiosity Approach would be advantageous as Charley’s Angels is working towards accreditation.
