I would recommend this nursery to all parents! The company directors and staff run this nursery brilliantly. They supported my son with potty training, helped him to settle, to get used to major changes within our family and always provided the best care. I knew that my son will have a fabulous day
whenever I dropped him off at the nursery and the care he received was child centred. The food was always freshly prepared and healthy, they accommodated my son's dietary needs too. I cannot thank staff enough for over 3 years of your care.
Best wishes to you all xx

My son enjoyed his time at Charley's Angels. He attended the nursery from 1 year to 4 years. During that time he made good relationships with both staff and children. He developed lots of skills and grew in confidence.
He had a number of key workers during his time and they were all friendly and approachable.
I felt that they knew him very well and showed high levels of interest and care. The food on offer was always healthy and provided the children with a balanced and interesting diet.
Overall, we were happy with Charley's Angels and felt our son had a great learning journey.

An amazing nursery that I am so thankful to have found. Both my daughter and son have attended over the past couple of years. My daughter has complex special needs and all the staff at Charley's Angels went out of their way to accommodate her needs, providing me with the reassurance as a parent that
they'd go above and beyond to care for her which they did. My son now attends and he absolutely loves it, he always goes in smiling and comes out with an even bigger smile, chatting about his day and all the fun activities he's been getting up to. The nursery is child-led and you can see this from how happy and content both my children have been whilst there. Overall an amazing nursery. Thank you to all the staff you guys are amazing.

My eldest went to Charley's from the age of one, until he left for school. Just after he finished, my youngest started in the baby room, just before she turned one, and she has just moved into the preschool room this summer. My youngest is having an absolute blast! She bounds in of a morning, and is
still in a great mood when we pick her up. She adores everyone there, and loves to tell me about her adventures in the mud garden, to the park, walking down the canal. The outdoors is her favourite. The nursery is really well run, and the kids love the curiosity approach that they take. The food is spectacular, and I'm always envious when I hear what they've eaten during the day. Definitely recommend Charley's to everyone!

My two eldest children have attended Charley's Angels Day Nursery. My daughter has just left and I cannot praise them enough, they are incredible with the children, all the children love every member of staff. The food is incredible and kept healthy but fun and enjoyable. My children have learned so
much here and it was sad to see them leave. My little boy starts this week and I cannot wait to see where his journey is going to go, I know it's going to be incredible. This is truly the best place to start any child's educational journey. Again, I cannot thank the manager and her team enough.

My youngest started this May in the baby room and settled so well. I love that he has lots of space to move around and lots of floor time.
My son is in preschool and my daughter attended for 2 years, leaving for school in Sept 22.
I highly recommend Charley's to anyone.
The nursery is clean and bright.
They follow The Curiosity Approach which I love.
The owners are a husband and wife team and you can tell it's family-run and they genuinely care.
The food is fabulous! All homemade right down to the ice lollies! Lots of fruit and veg in everything.
The nursery has 3 outdoor play areas with a mud kitchen, bug house, and lots more.
Plus they go to the park and for walks to the canal.
The staff are always smiley and so genuine. I get a detailed handover at pick-up about all the fun both my children have had and what they've eaten.
It's not the cheapest but it's worth it.
I looked at other local nurseries and I just wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

My son started Charley’s Angels over a month ago and so far they have been nothing but amazing, my son is very shy and they have made an effort to focus on helping him become more confident, his speaking is coming along even better since he started. He is very happy when I pick him up. I honestly have
nothing bad to say about them, a great nursery.

My twins love attending Charley's Angels Day Nursery and have thrived so much since they have started there. The staff are amazing and there is always a warm welcome when dropping them off and picking them up. I have never had any problems at all and the communication from the staff, phone calls and

The staff are very polite and take extra care in handing over my grandchildren. In the short period whilst waiting for both of my grandchildren (from the toddler room and pre-school), I always see happy and excited children being given back to their parents and it is a safe environment at collection.
My eldest grandchild always raves about the food and they have such a wonderful menu.

I honestly could not recommend Charley’s Angels Day Nursery enough! My little boy has thrived whilst attending and really developed his skills and personality!
The staff that work there are absolutely amazing and create a home from home feeling so that all the children feel cared for and valued.
On
the days my son attends the nursery I don’t worry about him at all because I know he’s in safe hands, I appreciate everything they do and will forever recommend them to others as it’s a lovely setting with amazing staff! Thank you for everything you do and keep up the good work!

My daughter has been going here for almost a year now and I can truly say she has become a clever independent little lady. We tried a number of nursery’s and she didn’t settle, we walked into Charley’s Angels and she settled straight away. All the staff treats the children the same even if they are
not in the same room as the child they all know the child’s needs which is really lovely to know. My little girl wakes up every day asking to go to nursery. I get all the information I need and love seeing her photos and observations. The nursery is modern and you get that safe feeling as soon as you walk in. I wouldn’t send my little princess anywhere else because I know 100% she loves it and all the staff look are very professional and look after my child to the highest of standards.

Wow, what can I say about Charley's Angels that would do it justice? My daughter has been attending for three years. Right from the start she loved it, as a little baby I knew she was being well cared for and this has continued throughout her time there. I know that the staff love her to bits and they
treat her like an extension of their own, big nursery family and we love the staff like our own family. Every time I pick her up she has eaten all their delicious meals, I love the varied and delicious home-cooked food which was one of the many reasons I chose it in the first place. My daughter always eats everything. She has a fantastic day every day, whether that's walking to the park to play, feeding the ducks at the canal, playing outside, art, reading, cuddling and singing songs and I can see everything she has been doing on the app which is regularly updated. I have never had a single issue with this nursery in three years and when my daughter has to leave we will both be devastated.

The manager and her team have supported my son and his development for nearly four years since he was 3 months old and he is about to leave for primary school. We have developed strong, trusting relationships with the staff there who are always willing to act as a listening ear if you have any wishes
or concerns. My son speaks so highly of staff in the building as well as his friends. There is a variety of activities and areas available and a lot of what is offered is personalised to the particular child.

My daughter attended Charley’s Angels from 18 months until she started school. She absolutely loved it! The staff went out of their way to look after her and find different ways to meet her interests - even arranging trips she suggested! Although it’s nearly a year since she left, she still misses and
talks about the staff and the delicious meals served by the chef!
I highly recommend this nursery.

Charley's Angels Day Nursery is amazing. What stood out to me the most when looking for nurseries for my son included the fact that this nursery is family led. Since my son has been going for nearly a year and a half, his confidence has grown massively. He loves playing with his friends, staff and even
the chef! Staff are very approachable and always go that extra mile. My son has required special dietary meals at times, sometimes changed at the last minute. Charley's Angels has always ensured they have catered to his needs and have done this brilliantly. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter absolutely loved attending Charley’s Angels and in reception now she still raves about all of the teachers and friends she made. So much so that my baby attends now (even though it’s a different area and the opposite direction to my daughter's school!). It’s worth it knowing that he is safe
and happy and nurtured with the amazing staff, the manager and the chef.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.745)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.745) out of 10 for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 9 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.907 for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (98 Excellents x 5) + (10 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 108 Ratings = 4.907
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.838 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is based on 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.9
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 48 number of registered child places is 9.6. 9 Positive Reviews ÷ 9.6 = 0.938
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
