Reviews

9.6 Charley's Angels Day Nursery has a Review Score of 9.6 (9.594)

The Review Score of 9.6 (maximum of 10) for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 8 Reviews over all time. This Average Rating is also the rating value for Charley's Angels Day Nursery in Google's Search Results - more info

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.7 out of 5 from 7 positive Reviews in the last 12 months.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating of all Reviews over all time. For each review the Day Nursery / service is rated Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor or Very Poor on a number of areas eg Staff, Management etc. The Day Nursery receives points for each rating as follows: Excellent = 5. Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.

    The Average Rating of 4.865 for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (84 Excellents x 5) + (11 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 96 Ratings = 4.865

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 12 months. If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with 'Extremely Likely' or 'Likely' in answer to the question 'How likely are you to recommend this Day Nursery to friends and family?'

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.

    2. 1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.

    3. If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.

The 4.729 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Charley's Angels Day Nursery is based on 7 positive Reviews in the last 12 months and is calculated as follows:

    1. 3 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4

    2. Target of 9.6 positive Reviews (48 registered maximum number of service users ÷ 5). 7 Reviews ÷ 9.6 Target = 0.729

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

My daughter loves all the staff and children at Charley's Angels. From day, 1 I have never felt uneasy leaving her and always felt she is in good safe hands when there. She enjoys going 3 times a week and always has lots of fun stories to tell me when she's home. Highly recommend.

They are excellent caregivers. My 3-year-old already knows her numbers up to 20 and can recognise written numbers 1 to 10. She can recognise the letter H, the first letter in her name and also the letter C, thanks to C.A staff. The nursery provides flexible hours around your needs and work with you if your child has any issues short and long term.

My son has attended since September and has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are friendly and always have time for a chat if needed. The facilities are fabulous and they have put a lot of hard work in to achieve this. I would definitely (already have) recommend this nursery.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are glad you are so happy.

This is by far the best nursery I have been to. My son always comes home happy and the staff are amazing with him. They have a balanced healthy diet from morning to evening. My son is coming home every day and doing something he has learnt. Such as different shapes or a physical development.

Absolutely amazing!

I am very satisfied with the nursery. The staff are very nice and friendly and they love children, my kids feel at home. It's a secure place and they have just renewed the decoration on the ground floor which looks very nice. They are helping children's development by making daily educative activities and they organise very good trips for babies.

My son has attended Charley's Angels since he was 8 months old, he has come on so well. All the staff are amazing, they always keep you updated with your child and how they have been. The rooms are nice and bright with pictures on the walls and lots of things to do. The outdoor area is great, lots of room to play, My son enjoys the food, they tell me he sometimes wants extra. The staff are very approachable and easy to talk to.

My son has attended the nursery for almost a year now and his speech, social development and confidence have sky rocketed since being there. He loves going to Charley's Angels. The staff are friendly, attentive and quick to answer any questions you have and offer fantastic, non judgemental advice when needed. The nursery is bright and clean and my son always comes home with a smile and a full belly. What more can you ask for?
