Baby Room Practitioner

Job summary

We’re looking for two dedicated and caring Baby Room Practitioners to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of babies and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for babies in our baby room.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes sensory, social, and emotional development.
• Support babies in their developmental milestones, including communication, motor skills, and social interactions.
• Build strong relationships with parents and families, providing updates on their child’s progress and development.
• Work closely with the team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
• Previous experience working with babies in a childcare setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
• A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
