About us

Essentials skills and qualifications include:
• Nursery management experience (3+ years)
• A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications
• Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team
• Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education
• A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families

Responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day management of the Nursery
• Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
• Complete CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice in your setting, & cascade this learning to your team
• Actively promote your setting to new and potential families
• Make sure the setting’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop and flourish
• Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children can reach their full potential
