They are searching for a superstar nursery nurse who is highly motivated, and passionate to join their beautiful nursery in Tunbridge Wells. They are a family based company with the welfare and interests of the children at the centre of their practice and ethos. Their passion is to ensure each child reaches their full potential within a loving, nurturing, safe and stimulating nursery environment.
Most of all they would like you to play, motivate, have fun and inspire the children. They believe that these are some of the most important skills as a childcare practitioner.
They use an Online Learning Journal system to record the children's care routines and daily development. This takes the time away from paperwork and gives you back the time with the children!
Helping to create fun, filled days for the children, and yourselves with a range of wonderful activities. Working together as a part of a special team and spending their money on resources they would like nursery nurses to be able to take part ownership of the room and create some fantastic days together!
