Little Gems Pre School is the second addition to the Little Gems family, opening in 2023 and located in Westmorland Park Pavilion, set within the 8-hectare Public Open Space of Westmorland Park, the park includes tennis courts, football pitches and a woodland area known as Hayley Green Wood. In 2003, Hayley Green Wood was designated a Local Nature Reserve.

There are two age-appropriate rooms - the TOTS Room for children...

 There are no additional fees at Little Gems (assuming funding is approved) for general consumables.

Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with our son's experience at little gems pre school, from the very beginning when he joined the little tots room at 10 months old Elisa and the rest of the team have been nothing but caring and welcoming. We find the staff are always friendly and approachable, and communication with parents is good. We are kept well informed about his progress and the daily activities he gets up to. It is clear he really enjoys it here as he is always excited to go which is a huge credit to them. Thank you for nurturing and helping our little boy grow.

Overall Experience

My little girl has been coming to little gem for almost 2 years now and I can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work put in with her especially Elisa. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds. They've supported me throughout her time here. They are welcoming and have been from the very start.

Overall Experience

My granddaughter has been attending the nursery for over two years. She is very happy here and staff are very kind . We are very happy with care she has received here. There are a variety of different activities and the nursery are good at sharing info and pictures of what children are doing . Eliza manages the nursery very well

Overall Experience
Elisa and the team are absolutely fantastic. From the very first day, they have gone above and beyond to make our child feel welcome, safe, and happy. The staff are always helpful, approachable, and genuinely great with the kids. You can tell that they truly care about each child as an individual, taking the time to get to know their personalities, interests, and needs.

The atmosphere in the nursery is warm and nurturing, and it's clear that the children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow in a supportive environment. Communication with parents is excellent-whether it's updates about daily activities, progress reports, or just a friendly chat at pick-up, Elisa and her team make sure we always feel informed and involved.

I enjoy working at Little Gems Pre-School because every day is a challenge and offers something new, but seeing all the children come in as babies and leave ready for school is the most rewarding for me.
