Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
We are so very happy with More2Kidbrooke. As first time parents we were expectedly nervous about starting our daughter at nursery but the staff at More2Kidbooke really put us at ease. They look after our daughter so well, care about her development and ensure she is thriving. Communication is always
clear and quick. We really feel like we're in trusted hands with expert professionals who deeply care for our daughter and us.
Reply from Kelly Salambasis, Co-Owner at More2Kidbrooke NurseryThank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave a review.

We know how big a step starting nursery is, especially as first-time parents, and we're so pleased that our team at More2Kidbrooke has helped you feel reassured and supported from the start. Your daughter is a joy to care for, and it's a privilege to be part of her early learning journey and see her thrive.

Strong relationships with families and clear, open communication are so important to us, so it's lovely to hear that this has come through in your experience. Thank you for trusting us with your daughter - we're very lucky to have such a wonderful family as part of our nursery community.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.1 (8.062) out of 10 for More2Kidbrooke Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for More2Kidbrooke Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.062 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for More2Kidbrooke Nursery is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 81 number of registered child places is 16.2. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 16.2 = 0.062
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Rosalie Bennett

Job Title: Childcare Director Joined: 2016

I am Rosalie, and I am the Director of Childcare as well as a dual Nursery Manager. I oversee all three nurseries and specifically manage both More2Kidbrooke and More2Childcare. I am very capably assisted by a Deputy and other senior staff at each Nursery.

I have over 22 years of experience in childcare and knew this was the career for me at an early age when I volunteered at a Mother and Baby Group. Since then, I have built up a broad knowledge of child development whilst working in other nurseries and learnt with some of the best local minds at the Pre-School Learning Alliance (the largest early years organisation in the UK). During my time in senior Management I have secured three Outstanding Grades during Ofsted Inspections. The latest was at More2Childcare in July 2023.

I have my level 3 qualification in pre-school practice, first aid, SEND qualifications and am the designated safeguarding lead. To complement my practice, I am currently

To complement my leadership skills, I have a National Professional Qualification (NPQ): Early Years Leadership Framework. This was obtained via the University of Greenwich.

I have been part of the group since 2016 and have been involved at every step with their growth and development. I was a Deputy Manager at another community nursery before I joined More2Childcare, and having proved I can demonstrate and model best practice there, I was able to move across to More2Riverside to head it up, before being promoted to Nursery Director across both nurseries.

During my long nursery career, I have worked locally with many children and families. It is really rewarding that some of those children are now coming to work with me as Apprentices.

Community is really important to me - I helped to set up the partnership with Young Mums Aid to help Mum's in need and More2Parents to provide support and friendship to our nursery families. Winning the Community Support and Working with Parents Award with Nursery World was the icing on the cake!

We're not stopping there - Ofsted is just one quality inspection tool, and to complement it, we recently obtained another award called Just Quality - it examined every area of our practice and encouraged reflection and a cycle of continuous improvement across each nursery.

I live in Greenwich and have 3 children and 2 Grandsons. I love to travel to different parts of the world and to spend quality time with my family (and dog).

Billie Cloke

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2017

My name is Billie Cloke, and I have been with the More2 group since 2017. I started working at More2Riverside as bank staff and moved onto a permanent practitioner, where I completed my level 3 and am working towards my level 5. I have now worked my way up to Deputy Manager at More2Kidbrooke. I am a designated Safeguarding Lead and first aid trained. I am currently studying to become a forest school leader, SENCo training and have completed many other Early Years courses.

I have loved being part of the nursery’s growth and watching all the children progress and move on to school!

I have recently become a mum, and my son now attends More2, where he is happy and thriving.

In my spare time I love shopping and taking my son on days out with family. I have a very big family, including 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
