She is passionate about strong leadership, high-quality practice, and building positive relationships with families and staff. Her priority is to ensure every child thrives through enriching learning experiences and the highest standards of care. Tracy is the Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Leytonstone, bringing 27 years of experience in childcare and 14 years in management. With a background spanning diverse settings, including Montessori nurseries, Tracy has developed expertise in child development, inclusive practice, and safeguarding. Since becoming Deputy Manager in 2012, she has played a key role in supporting teams, maintaining high standards of care and education, and building strong partnerships with families. Recently joining Bright Horizons, Tracy is committed to creating nurturing, stimulating environments where children feel safe, valued, and confident to learn and grow.
