Throughout my career, I have worked within a nursery setting for 23 years, as well as childminding, developing strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of child development.

With 16 years of experience in Early Years education, I am dedicated to creating a caring, inspiring, and supportive environment where every child can flourish. As Deputy Manager, I take pride in supporting both children and staff, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality care and education. I am passionate about building strong relationships with families, helping to give children the best possible start in life.

With 7 years of experience in Early Years, I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and fun environment where children feel happy and supported. Having previously been a Room Leader, I have enjoyed helping children grow in confidence, learn new skills, and develop their curiosity through play.
