Mini Morgans Nursery

With over 10 years of experience in childcare Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies from Middlesex University, where she deepened her understanding of child development and early education.

Mel is an experienced childcare professional with over 20 years in the field. She gained her NNEB qualification in 2000 and since then has worked in a variety of roles within the sector. As well as being the deputy manager Mel also works in the toddler room at Mini Morgans.

Sarah holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare and brings over 20 years of experience in the field. She is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, ensuring that each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged in their development.

Michelle is a qualified Level 3 childcare practitioner with 15 years of experience working in both nursery settings and as a private nanny. She is passionate about fostering creativity and curiosity through play, particularly through messy and sensory activities, as well as outdoor exploration.

Gemma has worked in childcare for over 20 years and holds both Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Childcare. She is passionate about supporting children as they grow, learn, and achieve new milestones.
