I qualified as a teacher in 2012 and achieved my NPQH before becoming Headteacher at The Langley Heritage Primary in 2021. Since then, I’ve been passionate about leading with kindness and inclusivity.
Together, we have achieved a strong Ofsted rating, results above national averages, and grown into an oversubscribed school. We believe our shared values of unity, ambition, diversity, kindness, and resilience have helped us in our journey.
I am deeply committed to providing all children with a high-quality, inclusive education where no one is left behind. Nurturing both staff and pupils is central to everything I do. I take pride in fostering a happy, welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong and can flourish.
Outside of school, I’m a busy mum who loves cheering on my two very active boys at football matches and making time for long walks. I try to build in exercise whenever I can—it keeps me balanced and ready to give my best both at home and at school.
A dedicated mum of two, I bring over seven years of experience working in an operations role within a school environment.

Driven by a passion for giving children in our community the best possible start in life, I strive to make a meaningful impact through my work every day.
I’m always on the go, but I make sure to carve out time for the things I love—especially music. I enjoy going to concerts whenever I can and often take my children along, so they can experience a variety of music genres with me. It’s a way to combine family time with my passion, while sharing the joy of live music with them.
I believe in learning through play, nurturing a lifelong love of learning through engaging, meaningful, and memorable experiences.
