Smurfs Village Day Nursery is a warm, welcoming and nurturing early years setting where children feel safe, valued and supported from their very first day.

Established in August 2024 by a Director with over 10 years of experience in the early years sector, the nursery has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of children aged 0–5 years, supporting their wellbeing, development and early learning.

The setting is organised into age-appropriate rooms to ensure children receive care and learning experiences suited to their individual stage of development:

Babies Room (0–1 years) – a calm and nurturing environment supporting secure attachments and sensory exploration

Stars Room (1–2 years) – promoting early independence, communication and physical development

Butterflies Room (2–3 years) – encouraging curiosity, confidence and learning through play

Rabbits Room (3–4 years) – supporting social development, independence and early learning foundations

Bears Room (4–5 years) – preparing children for the transition to school through structured, play-based learning

Children also benefit from access to a secure outdoor area, providing opportunities for physical activity, exploration and outdoor learning in a safe and age-appropriate environment.

The nursery includes a dedicated dining area, designed to support positive mealtime experiences while encouraging independence, social interaction and healthy routines.
