Funding & Fees
Session rates start from £53.94, with full-day care available from £100. All fees include a variety of engaging extra-curricular activities, such as French classes and forest schooling, along with nutritious meals and snacks freshly prepared by our on-site chef.
Full-Time Discount: A 5% discount is offered for bookings of five full days per week.
Sibling Discount: Families benefit from a 10% discount on the eldest child’s fees, with a 12% discount available for the second sibling.
Key Worker Discount: As a token of appreciation, we offer a 5% discount to parents working in the fire service, police, NHS, or education sector.

When Closed
- The nursery operates from the beginning of September until the middle of August, covering 50 weeks per year. It remains closed for the last two weeks in August, as well as for the INSET day (we only have one INSET day set aside each year. Our INSET day will take place on the first day back as we return to normal operations at the beginning of September. The exact date will be confirmed and communicated in August, prior to our summer closure) and all Bank Holidays.

- There are one-hour free public parking bays directly in front of the nursery. Three Rivers House Rose Garden Car Park is also just a one-minute walk away which also offers 1 hour free parking.

We ended up in a pickle and needed childcare quickly and Dilia was so helpful and we are so thankful that happened as it meant our son ended up attended Blooming Tulips, where we have seen him thrive and grow. He comes back each day happy, calm and bursting with all the things he has learnt that day. He has done so much and is now so ready for school it's amazing to see.
We will miss Dilia and all the staff tremendously and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to place their child in an excellent setting.

Our child has been at Blooming Tulips since Oct 25, the nursery provide a caring and safe environment and lots of activities to support his development. The manager Dilia is very hands on, involved and very friendly. I see her serveral times a week at drop off and pick up. The children get lots of time outside, and the staff setup a different themed activity tuff tray for them every day. We get updates on the app - meals, nappies, sleep, photos of activities throughout the day. We are also invited to events - Christmas concert, parents evening, Montessori event and most recently a Mother's Day tea and activities afternoon. I was very anxious about my son going to nursery at the end of my maternity leave, I have been delighted with how he's settled into nursey and how well he's looked after there.

Our little boy is so happy when he is leaving at the end of each day. He seems to love the nursery. We love the pictures and updates we get and we can see from those how much he loves being there. Our son has been attending Blooming Tulips since September, and we have been absolutely delighted with the care he receives. Each day brings something new for him, whether it's trying a different activity, learning a new skill, or happily spending time with his classmates as part of the group.
Over the Christmas period, he especially enjoyed magical visits from Santa and a trip to the local pantomime, which were such lovely experiences for him. We also really value the supervised outings beyond the nursery, where the children are encouraged to explore nature and the local town in a safe and thoughtful way.

A truly fantastic nursery with exceptionally warm, dedicated staff. My son started at just 9 months when I returned to work, and from the very first day they made me feel completely at ease leaving him so early. The caring, nurturing atmosphere is evident in everything they do. We are absolutely delighted with the care, education, and love that this nursery provides. From the moment our daughter started, we have felt reassured and impressed by the nurturing environment and the dedication of the staff.
One of the things we especially value is the app, which gives us regular updates and photos throughout the day. It's such a joy to see what she's doing and know she's thriving.
The range of activities and education offered is outstanding - from football, French lessons, yoga, and forest school, to time spent in their pool which has been wonderful during the hot weather. The children also benefit from hands-on experiences such as caring for rabbits, watering plants, and even learning how to gently clean the leaves of plants so they can flourish.
Our daughter is always excited to go in the mornings and comes out smiling. She talks about nursery constantly, especially about the Manager who she adores, as well as the rest of the fantastic staff.

The best part about the nursery is the staff. The manager has built the most wonderful team around her who care so much for all of the children. They organise so many incredible activities for the children and in the short space of time our boy has been there he has had trips to the aquadrome, time in the paddling pool, cooking, the opportunity to interact with animals and so much more.
My son absolutely loves going there. He is only 17 months so can still be quite attached and needy with both parents but he always has such a big smile on his face when he sees the staff there and now the biggest challenge is getting him to leave at the end of the day!

Hi, my name is Dilia. I am the founder and managing director of Blooming Tulips Montessori Nursery. I am a passionate Montessorian and am doing my part to help make our world a better place by caring for, educating, and nurturing young hearts and minds.
I am thrilled to welcome you and your child to our nurturing and educational environment. I would like to share a bit about my background, hoping to give you confidence in our nursery’s ability to provide the best care for your child.
With a career that spans many years in the childcare industry, I have dedicated my life to early childhood care and education. I began my journey as a nursery teacher, progressing through roles as a room leader, deputy manager, outstanding-rated nursery manager, area manager of a group of nurseries, operations manager, and nursery consultant. Now, I pour my experience, knowledge, and heart into Blooming Tulips Montessori Nursery.
Since 2005, I have been deeply involved in the early years sector. I have managed early years settings, including being part of new nurseries from their very first day and guiding them through to maturity. My experience has allowed me to work with a diverse mix of parents and children, each with their unique needs and backgrounds.
As a mother of three, I understand the importance of finding the right environment for your child. I know the necessity of delivering quality childcare and education, and I am passionate about ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in life. At Blooming Tulips, we strive to create a warm, loving, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and education. We aim to establish lasting relationships with our families, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed your expectations.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold several qualifications that reinforce my commitment to early years education:
