Our son started at the nursery just over three weeks ago, and while the first few days were understandably tough for him (and for us!), the support from the team has been absolutely fantastic. The staff have been so patient, kind, and reassuring - not just to our little one, but to us as parents too. I personally found the process of leaving him really difficult at first, but the way the staff consistently took the time to reassure me made all the difference.

The communication is brilliant - the app is super easy to use and we love getting regular updates, photos, and notes about his day. It's such a comfort to know what he's been up to.

My daughter started early this year, the team have been very supportive during the settling in period, reassuring us when needed and making every effort to be flexible to her personality and routine. The app is very easy to use and communication is great.

My daughter loves coming and her key workers and all the staff are amazing. We are so happy we chose to send her here. We love seeing pictures of her day and the lovely crafts she makes. Thank you for everything you do for my little girl we always recommend it to family and friends.

My daughter started at DVLA nursery in May 2024 and she settled in very well, she vary rarely has any upset episodes when we drop her off and her development has come on leaps and bonds since she started. Me and her dad get regular updates via the App which is very important to us to know how she is doing during her days in nursery. My daughter has developed a very close bond with Nursery Team however all staff are absolutely amazing with her. We are confident in leaving our daughter in a happy and caring environment and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We intend to keep out daughter at the DVLA Day Nursery as long as possible.

Great experience using this nursery. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great variety of food offered for meals and snacks. Really good sensory activities and play time for my son. My son always comes away from the nursery happy.

Absolutely outstanding staff always welcoming and very knowledgeable and happy to chat and tell you about your child's day so happy and glad everyone stayed on and wouldn't dream of sending our little one anywhere else.

My son started attending DVLA nursery at the start of February and we could not be happier with how well he has settled. He is yet to get upset on drop off and for us that just tells us everything.

I get regularly updated on the app with photos or a track of his eating/drinking/nappy changes/naps.. which was really important to me as I knew he was doing ok and I could try and keep a similar routine on his days at home.

The staff and management are honestly outstanding and from the initial tour we just knew that we would be happy and it was the right environment for our son. Everyone is just so kind and informative, wanting to ensure they have the right routine for your child.

It's a genuinely lovely environment which I would recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the Swansea area.
