Hello, I’m Andrea, and I’ve proudly been part of the Paskals Day Nursery family since 2011. With many years of experience in early years education, I’m deeply committed to supporting children and their families through every stage of their nursery journey.

My passion is creating a warm, inclusive setting where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. At Paskals, we believe every child deserves a space where they can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. We work closely with parents to build strong partnerships, ensuring they feel confident that their children are receiving the highest standard of care and education.

We’re more than just a nursery—we’re a community where children love to come each day, and where families feel truly welcome and supported.

With over 13 years of experience in early years education, Alix brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role at Paskals Day Nursery. Since joining in September 2024, she has been instrumental in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. As Deputy Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Alix ensures every child’s wellbeing is prioritised, and families feel confident and supported.

Donna brings over 10 years of experience in early years education, with a strong focus on inclusion and child development. As the SENCO at Paskals Day Nursery, she works closely with children, families, and staff to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. Donna is passionate about creating an environment where all children feel valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.

She has her Level 6 QTS and has a wealth of knowledge teaching in the early years.

She works alongside our Adventurers.

Leah is Level 2 Qualified and works alongside our Adventurers.

Lana has worked for Paskals since September 2024. She is Level 3 qualified.

She is working towards her Level 3 early years educator and works alongside our Explorers.

Hello, I’m Claire, and I’m proud to be part of the Paskals Day Nursery family. With over 20 years of experience in the early years sector, along with a BA in Education, a CACHE Diploma, and SENCO qualifications, I am passionate about creating the very best start for every child.

As both an early years professional and a parent myself, I truly understand that choosing a nursery and leaving your child in someone else’s care can feel emotional and sometimes overwhelming. That understanding helps me build strong, trusting relationships with families and provide reassurance, support, and open communication every step of the way.

At Paskals Day Nursery, we are committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. I am especially passionate about supporting children’s individual needs and ensuring all children have the opportunity to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

We believe nursery should feel like an extension of home — a place filled with care, laughter, learning, and meaningful relationships. Our aim is for every family to feel supported and every child to look forward to their day with confidence and happiness.
