Goldilocks Nursery (Folkestone)

My children have settled in very quickly to the setting. The room leaders and staff are friendly and welcoming. I am regularly updated on their progress and what they have been doing. Very happy with the care provided

My baby started at 10 months with Goldilocks Nursery (Folkestone). It is such a lovely nursery, the staff are super sweet and send really nice updates regularly. I feel as though they have taken the time to really get to know my little one and he seems happy to be there. I was nervous to leave my little one but the staff made me feel so much better. He seems to be progressing and doing lots of fun things.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous about leaving my 10-month-old in the care of others, but from day one Goldilocks has completely exceeded my expectations. It's a brand new nursery to Folkestone, they have taken time to create a lovely setting and hire amazing staff. The baby room staff are absolutely incredible - super caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the babies. They are always smiling, giving one-on-one attention and showing patience and warmth. They navigated teething and illness issues really well (my daughter had four new teeth the first month which was difficult for everyone!). They have also spent time quickly learning my daughter's likes, dislikes and quirks. It's also wonderful to receive regular updates and photos of my baby's day through the app, which reassures me that they are in great hands. I can't recommend Goldilocks enough for parents seeking a place for their little one.

The updates through the nursery app are also a great way of finding out what our child has been up to on the day. The children are offered snacks throughout the day which is a definite win for our child! Great communication with the office management too when it came to enrolling our child and any further questions we had.

Goldilocks Nursery is nice and safe place for kids. All the staff are very friendly and take care of the kids with love. Thank you for everything you do to stimulate learning and genuinely care for the children. You all do a wonderful job. Recommend to everyone.

Amazing nursery, everyone is always very happy and brilliant with the children. My child loves going there and is really happy to be left, making it easy to drop off. The updates are always through and given regularly throughout the day so you can keep a track of your child if you are worried. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

My child (under 2) has attended Goldilocks since it opened. My partner and I have been impressed with how they've scaled up in that time. They've expanded their role, staff, and facilities while maintaining a high-quality experience for our child. They've created a sense of community through their consistent communication (including through the use of the app for up-to-the-minute updates) and the occasional parent day. Our child's key person takes an interest in her development and is always eager to share progress. And sometimes their friendly reminders even help us look at certain things in a different way that we take into our home life. I recommend Goldilocks Nursery to any parent who needs a space for their little one.

A gorgeous setting with excellent staff. They got to know my son very quickly and the care he receives is outstanding. My kid has flourished since starting at Goldilocks and he is always excited to go in the morning. Couldn't recommend it more!

Good nursery. My daughter is progressing very well her speech is coming along well she seems to be trying to say something new every week and she is becoming more and more active every day. The staff are also nice too.

The staff are brilliant and super good with the kids. Very beautiful nursery and setting for the children. It is quite small and cosy. My toddler loves being here. The staff are very helpful with my toddler and super patient. They have all been so lovely and brilliant with the toddlers and babies. I highly recommend this nursery to everyone!

I love the facilities and outdoor area that is covered as well so they can get fresh air whilst it's raining.

My child started in September 2024. I love that they did a settling-in time before she started, during this time they asked me to give as much information as I could to help them to get to know my child. In the beginning, my child was obviously upset about being away from me for the first time and I think Goldilocks dealt with it really well, letting me know and keeping me updated in the day by using the app. I love seeing the activity they have done. They give good feedback when I pick my child up and recently they have done a stay-and-play where I got to go in and see my child in that environment. There were some lovely set-up activities and was nice seeing my child at nursery. The nursery is always clean and they provide lots of snacks which is nice as my child can be fussy. My child is always happy to leave me in the morning and always happy when I pick her up. The team of ladies are wonderful as well and very professional.
