We're really pleased to hear that your son has settled well and that you're happy with the care and education he is receiving. It's also reassuring to know that the number of incidents has significantly reduced since February 2026, as the safety and wellbeing of every child is always our highest priority.
We understand that young children are still developing their social skills and learning how to interact with one another, which can sometimes lead to minor incidents. That said, we are always proactive in supporting positive behaviour and ensuring safe play, and we continuously work closely with our staff, children, and families to maintain a nurturing and secure environment.

Also lovely of them to do a little get together where parents can come in for a short time, for example Christmas they did a Christmas party where Santa (staff member dressed up) came to visit. Also top marks for the chefs for their amazing food to cater to all religions. Amazing app to be able to see what your child has to eat, when they come in and leave.

My daughter attends this Nursey and I cannot fault one thing really , they are incredibly caring and kind hearted. They do everything to their best ability. They offer to best Early learning education for our children , my daughter is SEN and they are absolutely amazing with her she truly loves being at Nursey and enjoy every moment and every new thing she learns, they offer the best person centred care and cater to her every need they communicate and issue she may be having and have a resolution in place to help her as soon as they can. They ensure she receives the best care and education while not treating her any different this is her home away from home with people who love and care for her. They understand her struggles and help strengthen them at every opportunity. The management is amazing and the staff are incredible and really do there best I couldn't recommend this Nursey enough

We are incredibly happy with this nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly. From the moment we first visited, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child's development and wellbeing. The environment is safe, clean, and thoughtfully set up with a wide range of engaging activities that support learning through play. It's clear that a lot of effort goes into planning fun and educational experiences every day. Communication with parents is excellent - we are always kept informed about our child's progress, daily activities, and any important updates. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable and caring hands
Most importantly, our child is always happy and excited to attend, which says everything. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a nurturing and positive environment.

This Nursey is absolutely incredible they care for my daughter with such love and compassion every need of hers is met, great communication, any issues are dealt with professionally regular meeting to ensure my daughter is getting the best care and education. They really do look after the children with such care and give them the best start with early learning education possible, I cannot recommend this Nursey enough all staff are great and they have a very good manger who truly care about her job and puts her all into our little ones and as a parent I am forever grateful.
