Holding level 2 and level 3 qualifications in childcare and education, a level 4 in childcare learning and development, and a PDA in childhood practises, I am well equipped to lead a newly opened nursery with expertise and dedication. With a degree in music and two years of experience delivering music lessons to children, Ellie is excited to bring her passion and expertise to our nursery. Becky joins our team as an Early Year's Practitioner, bringing with her an impressive 8 years of experience in early years settings. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of child development and is passionate about creating warm, nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and supported to grow.
Her calm, friendly nature and hands-on experience make her a fantastic addition to our team. Becky is especially skilled in supporting child-led play and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.

With 16 years of experience working with children, I am a dedicated and passionate room leader ready to make a positive impact in a newly opened nursery. I hold a level 2 in childcare and education, along with a level 7 in SSCYP, which has equipped me with both practical skills and in depth knowledge to support children's development effectively. I am committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where each child can thrive. I focus on fostering strong relationships with children, families and my team, ensuring high standards of care and promoting each child’s individual learning journey.
April is our baby room leader. April brings 9 years of experience in nursery settings, including several years working under Lyndsey's leadership at another setting. Her passion for early years development shines through in everything she does.
She has recently completed her SSCYP Level 4 qualification, which she undertook to further her goal of becoming a nursery manager one day - a reflection of her dedication, drive and love for the profession.
Liana is a fully qualified practitioner with her SSCYP Level 7 and brings with her an impressive 7 years of experience working in the early years sector. Her passion for nurturing young minds truly shines through.
As a mum herself, Liana understands just how emotional and overwhelming it can be to leave your little ones - especially in those early days. Her empathy and insight into attachment and transitions will be such a comfort to both our children and their families.
Mackenzie has recently joined our team as a young and enthusiastic employee, bringing with her a genuine passion for learning from others and building on her existing babysitting experience. She has quickly become a valued member of the nursery, already showing herself to be extremely efficient, hardworking, and dedicated to supporting the children in our care. We are excited to see Mackenzie continue to grow and flourish in her role.
Rhea has joined our team as a fully qualified practitioner, bringing with her several years of valuable experience from another early years setting. She is a fantastic role model to our less experienced staff, offering guidance and support with her knowledge and practice. Rhea has a naturally warm and caring approach with the children, helping them to feel safe, happy, and engaged in their learning. We are delighted to have her as part of our team.
Kayleigh is currently working towards her SSCYP Level 7 qualification and is already making a wonderful contribution to our team. She brings lots of fun and energy to the nursery, creating engaging experiences that the children love. Kayleigh’s enthusiasm and commitment to her studies shine through in her practice, and we are excited to support her as she continues her learning journey with us.
Zara is a fully qualified practitioner who brings with her extensive knowledge in child protection and safeguarding. In her previous role, she gained valuable experience as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), which has given her a strong foundation in supporting children’s safety and wellbeing. Zara’s expertise, alongside her caring and approachable nature, makes her a reassuring presence for both children and families. We are very fortunate to have her as part of our team.
Kate has recently joined our relief pool and brings with her a wealth of experience from raising her own four children. This invaluable knowledge gives her a natural understanding of children’s needs and how best to support them. Kate’s caring approach and flexibility make her a fantastic addition to our team, and she is already proving to be a great support across the nursery.

We’re delighted to welcome Saffie to our team!
Saffie joins us after completing a year at college studying a relevant childcare course, where she developed a strong understanding of early years development. During her course, she completed a successful placement in another nursery, gaining lots of valuable hands-on experience supporting children’s learning and care.
Saffie also brings experience from working in an out of school club, where she supported children’s play and wellbeing in a fun and nurturing environment.
She is now joining our Baby Moons team, where her kind and caring nature is already shining through as she builds relationships with our youngest children. We’re so excited to have her as part of our nursery family!
