Thatto Heath Playdays

A very welcoming setting, with warm and friendly staff. When you spend time with them you can see that they care for all of the children and know them as individuals. The staff are approachable, and always willing to help and will always answer any questions. The setting is always set up with age-related activities which are fun and engaging for the children. The nursery has a good community feel, working with local businesses and schools throughout the area. We have regular contact through the app, where we can see pictures, look at progress and send direct messages, no matter what time of day. The staff at Thatto Playdays always go above and beyond for parents and children.

I highly recommend this nursery. The building is a beautiful space for the child with lots of toys and engaging activities. The staff are incredible and have amazing bonds with the children. They have helped me with my daughter with referrals, putting things in place and pointing me in the right direction to get the best help for my daughter. Most of all, my daughter loves going to nursery. As a mum, especially with a speech-delayed child. You worry if your child is enjoying nursery if everything is ok. Although my daughter can't tell me she loves it, the big smiles on her face going in and coming out tell me everything I need to know. 10/10.

Thatto Heath Playdays is a fabulous nursery. It has given my son the best start to his education. All the staff are polite, caring and want the very best for the children in their care. The experiences offered at the nursery are incredible and I haven't seen any other nurseries that offer such a variety of activities for children. My son has flourished every day under the care of the staff and we are looking forward to another year of him being at the nursery.

This is an amazing nursery. All the staff are always on hand for support. I especially love how everyone knows my child's name, whether they work directly with him or not. There is a real sense of family in the nursery and all the children are friendly and considerate. Our key worker and management are always more than happy to help, whether in an informal conversation or even by arranging meetings to suit us. They freely exchange information and offer input into my child's developmental needs and tailor support to him. I'm so glad this is where my child began his educational journey and built his first relationships outside our family circle.

Our daughter attended Thatto Heath Playdays for two years and absolutely loved her time there. The staff have always been so polite and helpful and are really sad that it is now time for our daughter to leave to start school. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Honestly the best nursery there is, my daughter loves it here and the girls are all amazing with the kids and parents! Tried a nursery before here that she hated, the difference is amazing and she can't wait to come back in September!

Outstanding in all areas, honestly cannot fault Thattho Heath Playdays staff in anything. My daughter has been going there for one year and is about to start preschool there too. We turned down an offer to go to her school nursery because she is so settled and happy here. We have our second daughter on the way and we're hoping they will open a baby room soon! All staff provide the kids with love and care, activities are well planned in advance, they have got a good balance of structured activities, free play, physical activities every day. They also go out and about in the neighbourhood including the library for example to help broaden the kids' experience. Parents are updated with pictures every day and there's parents evenings twice a year ensuring that parents and nursery are working together to help the child's development. From the bottom of our heart, thank you for all you do.

This nursery is amazing at keeping everyone involved with the children well-informed and up-to-date with their progress. Communication is very good at all times. The opportunities and experiences the children are given are second to none. They encourage the children to feel part of and have pride in the community. The staff genuinely care for each and every child and lead by example therefore creating fantastic role models. I could not wish for a better start to education for my grandchild.
