My daughter started at the nursery in January 2026, she is absolutely thriving. She runs in delighted to see all members of staff, without a backwards glance. In fact as soon as we approach the building she calls hooray!

This is her first time at nursery and as she isn't yet two I was so nervous. However seeing her progress I've already increased her sessions and love hearing about her adventures. All members of staff are so kind and knowledgeable and I feel safe leaving her with them

Our son has been at this nursery over a year now from when he turned two, having tried the little crackers "stay and play" sessions beforehand we could tell he really loved the environment here and the staff exuded such kindness. It is a decision we are so glad we made, his speech and various other skills have come along in leaps and bounds since joining this nursery, which clearly mixes a lot of fun play with important work for children to learn social and other life skills. Forest school once weekly and lots of outdoor play is fantastic, the outdoor play areas are so lovely. A special mention to the nursery manager who leads the team with calm confidence which my son clearly responds to! Also to one staff member in particular for her kindness :) And finally to the school headmaster, the fact he clearly seems to really know my son(including the fact he loves dinosaurs) is a credit to both him and the school he leads. Thank you all :)

Overall Experience

We currently have our third child going through Little Crackers and couldn't be more pleased with everything they have to offer. Our little girl (3) has grown exponentially in confidence with her knowledge and understanding, diligence and communication surpassing our expectations leading into her starting school in September. Our older boys (4 and 7) both started Little Crackers from the age of 3 and have thrived in school using the platform that Little Crackers built for them. The acting manager has been a constant and stable presence who ensures that her staff treat our children with kindness and respect and encourage them to grow into their unique selves. Two teachers in particular, to name but a few of the incredible staff at Little Crackers ensure that our children learn, grow relationships and enjoy every second of their time at nursery; we could not be more thankful.

Overall Experience
Our child has been attending this nursery for the past 12 months and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Over the past year, we've seen remarkable progress in our child's social, emotional and cognitive skills. He has grown in confidence, become more communicative, and developed a love for learning through the nursery's engaging and creative activities - he especially loves his time at Forest School. The structured yet flexible approach has allowed him to thrive at his own pace and we're constantly impressed by the new things he comes home excited to share.

The nursery environment has a great balance of playtime, learning and outdoor activities. The staff are always approachable and keep us well-informed about his progress. Overall, we are grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on our child's development. He is genuinely happy to go in every day and that speaks volumes. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nursery.
