Sophie is our dedicated SEN Intervention Worker, who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping every child reach their full potential. Working closely with the nursery team, Sophie delivers individualised interventions that support the four broad areas of children’s development in areas such as communication, social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and independence. Through engaging activities and consistent encouragement, she helps children build important skills at their own pace.
