A fantastic team all around. The nursery teachers in the early world are superb and our child loves the way they greet her in the morning. She is coming along with her words and counting which I am sure a large part is down to Sleepy Hollow Lisburn.

The team at Sleepy Hollow are quickly becoming our second family. The attention to detail, friendly staff and creative atmosphere are just a few reasons I highly recommend it! The facilities are bright, clean, and equipped with various age-appropriate toys and learning materials that encourage explorative
learning. We receive regular updates and photos throughout the day to keep us connected to our child's day. Whether this is what she ate at lunchtime to sharing play-based learning and structured activities. The dedication and genuine compassion of the team have made my transition back to work much easier than I could have imagined. It is an absolute joy to see the excitement of my daughter when we drop her off in the mornings.

Our daughter started at the Lisburn Early Childhood Centre in February 2024 and has since joined the Eager and Able to Learn program in September 2024.
From day 1, the staff at Sleepy Hollow Lisburn have been welcoming, inclusive and very open with us. We get a good insight into what our daughter
does each day, including a wide range of activities that vary from day to day.
There is a balanced focus on development and fun. Our daughter loves attending the nursery and has a lot of fun. We have also seen a huge development in her communication, play and interacting skills. Her speech has improved significantly during her time at Sleepy Hollow.
It is clear that the Sleepy Hollow group invest a lot of time, resources and energy into ensuring their facilities are the best they can be and we are so glad that our daughter gets to benefit from that.

My daughter started at Sleepy Hollow 4 weeks ago and it feels like a whole lifetime ago now.
She's been through 2 bouts of sickness and a room change in that space of time but the staff couldn't have done more for her. Nothing is too much, from easing panicked mummy brain to physically helping with
annoying car seats; they helped ease her into nursery life with such fun, happiness and professionalism. We as parents have been made to feel like part of a family and welcomed in so warmly and it shows when my daughter goes in and comes out absolutely beaming! She's learnt so much and developed her social skills massively and there's so much more to come and I'm so excited for what's ahead in Sleepy Hollow. It's eased any worries we ever had about how she would settle into nursery and it's clear to see how devoted the staff are which makes it so much easier to be able to drop her off in the mornings.

Our son started attending Sleepy Hollow in the last few months and we are so impressed with the standard of care, the setting and the professionalism of the whole Sleepy Hollow team. Our son is so well looked after but also nurtured to learn new skills and explore new things. On the admin side, the
team have gone out of their way to support parents in claiming the new subsidiary explaining the process and being at the forefront of sharing information with us. We just love everything about the environment.

Cannot recommend Sleepy Hollow enough. The staff are extremely understanding of different family circumstances and do their best to accommodate and support both child and parent.
Staff have worked alongside my son's behavioural and speech issues without exclusion or judgement. The staff have provided
tools to accommodate issues and offered a safe space to be himself to learn and grow each day which he loves to attend.
The nursery provides good structure and play opportunities which my son enjoys attending to play with his friends. If it wasn't for this opportunity I believe we would have bigger issues arise come school age where staff at Sleepy Hollow have helped me with advice and tools to aid my son where needed.

My daughter has been enrolled at Sleepy Hollow in Lisburn for approximately 3 months now and the continuous improvement in her learning and development has been simply outstanding in such a small timeframe. The manager and her staff are exceptional and have nurtured and cared for my daughter from the
first moment she arrived. I cannot rate this nursery highly enough and to see the excitement and enthusiasm from my daughter as she arrives each morning confirms that we've made a fantastic choice in putting our faith in Sleepy Hollow. I would strongly recommend this nursery to any parent considering placing their child here it's certainly a decision we're very happy to have made for our child.

My son attended Sleepy Hollow from September 2023 until June 24. He has SEN needs and from the very beginning, the manager and all the staff were so accommodating. The manager secured him funding for one-to-one support and has worked with numerous parties in the EA such as the educational psychologist
in order to get him a statement. I had applied myself and it was rejected and she reassured me we would get him sorted and with her help we did. He is now going to a school in September that will help him develop even further. We couldn't have done it without all the supporting documents that the nursery had to provide. When my son went to preschool every day, every need was met and the staff all went above and beyond for him ensuring he felt included. My daughter has now started in the baby room and she will be staying there until she starts school as I wouldn't put her anywhere else as we love everything about the nursery and the manager plays the biggest part in all that. Thank you to her.

Our son has attended preschool at the Early Childhood Centre since September and has come on leaps and bounds since starting. He has a June birthday and therefore one of the youngest in the pre-school group which was always a concern of mine however I needn't have worried as attending the Early Childhood
Centre has been the best thing for him and has helped him develop and grow. He loves school and is excited to see his friends and teachers each day. The staff are all fantastic and make the parents feel very welcome and involved too. Like others have said it would be good to see even more photo updates but understand this might not always be possible.

Absolutely love Sleepy Hollow, it is an extension of home. All the staff are exceptional and the approach to each child is individual. They feel like an extension of the family, always giving you updates on your little ones and their progress, continuous support with any extra time arrangements. The

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. The building, facilities and organisation are fantastic but the staff are what makes it amazing!
The team have welcomed, supported and nurtured my little one through his development. They have been so kind and caring, and have made my son feel loved and
supported. I will forever be grateful for every cuddle and special sticker.
The manager is an asset to this nursery. She has been fantastic at communicating fun events, and important information and is always a delight to chat with, even listening to my woes of parenting, and offering a kind and compassionate ear! They are all a fantastic team and we are so lucky to have them at Sleepy Hollow Lisburn.

Our son started in the 2-3 programme in January 2024 and to say he has flourished would be an understatement! He is always eager to get to school and in professional jobs we worry less as we trust the staff and the level of care he receives! The staff are truly wonderful and are always promoting the
ethos of the centre by learning through exploration. We were worried regarding the price increase as we want to keep our son there but in all honesty, we hope for him to remain there until reaching school age so we will make it work. The staff deserve every bit of praise. They are attentive, caring, nurturing and encouraging! So glad to have found such a wonderful place for my son.

We have used a number of nursery providers across Lisburn and Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre has been the best by far.
The activities for the children are the perfect mix of developmental whilst being very fun. They also get lots of outside time. I can honestly say our son has never had a day
in nursery he didn't enjoy.
The manager is worth her weight in gold. She clearly cares deeply for all the children in her care and for the nursery as a whole. She is extremely accommodating and responsive to queries. It is clear her career is a passion.
We feel so lucky to have found Sleepy Hollow and are delighted with the service they offer and what they are doing for the children.

My little one has grown so much since starting Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre. The staff are amazing. My daughter has become so much more confident. The manager is hands-on with everything and always there if needed. It's great to see a manager being so involved with every single child. The staff
looking after my little one are so caring and they create a home away from home environment where learning and growing can feel natural for the kids.

Overall my experience over the few months my daughter has been in Sleepy Hollow has been very positive. Staff are very helpful and pleasant and very attentive and tuned in with the children. I feel this is a great stepping stone for my daughter in getting her ready for nursery school in September. The
songs that she has learnt and things she talks about that she has learnt or played with that day always bring a smile to my face as I know she has had a great day of learning and fun. Her confidence has also grown and she is definitely coming out of herself a little more. She loves to show me around her classroom and often talks about her peers and class friends. Overall her experience has been so smooth in settling in and has made the experience and process of her going from a childminder setting to a school setting extremely easy and that’s down to the staff in Sleepy Hollow.

I could not fault the staff at Sleepy Hollow. My son is very well cared for and has been so happy and settled since starting. The staff are unbelievable at their job, nothing is too much trouble and they are so attentive with the children. They are very accommodating in meeting the needs of every child.
Would recommend it to everyone.

My daughter attends Sleepy Hollow in Lisburn. I couldn't highly recommend this childcare setting enough. I myself have previously worked in childcare settings and can honestly say the girls here are fabulous. She took quite a while to settle at the beginning and they got to know her individual needs
and really settled me as a mummy. This was new for me as she had never attended a childcare setting before Sleepy Hollow. The manager is absolutely fantastic and greets everyone who comes through the door personally and has time for everyone and their queries. I find it like a home from home for the children. My child has an absolute blast every day and they're very helpful and accommodating to me as a working mother and have accommodated me at short notice with requests for wrap-around care also. The manager and her team of staff should be very proud as it's a fantastic setting and looks after every child's individual needs. We're so lucky to have them.
