My little boy has thrived since joining Co-op House nursery. He attends 3 days a week and has grown in confidence. His speech has come along so much recently and he is making lots of friends. The staff at this nursery go above and beyond to make sure he gets the very best. All of the staff know him individually and are very welcoming. They know his interests and help him settle in every day with these - as he sometimes gets upset during drop-off. Everybody at Co-op House is fantastic and I couldn't imagine sending my child anywhere else. Thank you!

We have had a wonderful experience with this day nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents. The staff are incredibly caring, kind, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. My son is always happy to attend, and it is lovely to see how comfortable and settled he is there. The nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment with a great balance of learning, play, and fun activities. Communication with parents is excellent, and the staff are always approachable and supportive. We feel very confident that our son is well cared for and are extremely happy with the nursery.

Amazing nursery inside and out! My child has attended since he started at 9 months old and the care he has received from little explorers to little creators has been exceptional, all staff are attentive to his needs.
Little Creators have been supportive with toilet training and the nursery provide lots of nutritious meals.

I know my child accesses lots of activities and can see pictures and observations through the app.

My son is currently in the Little Creators room at the Co-op House Little Pioneers nursery and I could not imagine sending him anywhere else.
His confidence since moving up to the room has massively increased, his love of nature is encouraged through their forest school and time outside and they actively encourage his love of books.

The support of his key worker and the room manager is always incredible, for both my son and myself; being a first time mum I know I can ask for advice if I need it. I can also tell they genuinely care for and love my son, wanting what's best for him as much as I do; a huge relief for me.

Teachers are very helpful, well trained. My only concern has been the food options for vegetarians. I feel more diverse food could be served to kids especially the breakfast options. Also the snacks are not so healthy options. There are many healthier options for kids snacks other than pizza or sandwiches.

We've been extremely happy with our experience at Little Pioneers Co-op House. The team genuinely cares about the children and creates a warm, welcoming environment where they feel safe, happy and encouraged to learn.
The safeguarding standards are excellent and have always given us complete confidence that our child is well cared for. The staff are friendly, approachable and incredibly supportive, taking the time to understand each child and communicate well with parents.
We've also been really impressed with the range of activities that support our child's development, as well as the varied and nutritious meals provided each day. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into both learning opportunities and healthy eating.

If there was one area for further improvement, it would be to make development opportunities even more structured and tailored to each individual child's needs and stage of development, helping them build on their strengths and target areas where they need extra sup

Our little girl has had the best start to nursery in the Little Explorers room. We couldn't have wished for a better team and can't credit them enough for the care and support she and we receive. She adores nursery and we couldn't have hoped for more.

Father of a child with special needs. Overall the experience has been poor. Although the teachers try to do their best and the facilities were good, the management of this nursery failed to deliver on our daughter special needs. We managed to keep her in nursery until now only thanks to her teacher who without being properly trained by the nursery has been proactive and supported our daughter with lot of love. The nursery SENCo support is inexistent or seems to be doing other tasks, not respecting commitments e.g personal training plan, very low if any support on getting EHCP, instead we had early morning calls from not taking our special needs daughter at nursery. There is a big culture of saying no to everything from management. High personal rotation. Our daughter had 4 teachers during these 2 years at nursery. Overall we suspect and the actions from nursery management prove it, that they were looking forward to have only normal mainstream children at nursery as less problems.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this nursery! As a parent, I was nervous at first, but the team made me and my son feel comfortable from the very beginning. They really took the time to get to know my child's routine, personality, and little preferences, which made such a big difference during settling in.
A huge shoutout to Little Explorers Room - the staff there are absolutely amazing. They're so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it's clear my son feels safe and loved with them. Seeing him go in with smiles and come home happy and relaxed means everything to me.
I also really appreciate the regular updates and great communication, so I always feel involved and reassured. I've seen such lovely progress in my child's confidence and development.

For us, this nursery has been the best possible start, and I'm truly grateful for all they do.

I cannot recommend or thank Little Pioneers enough. My son has been attending nursery for a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it. All of the staff are so friendly and caring. The nursery is so welcoming, clean and a lovely place to be. The resources they have and the creativeness is fantastic! Everyday he is doing different activities whilst learning and growing with their help. He loves playing with his little friends and doesn't stop speaking about the forest! The different meals on offer are great too! Thank you for our great nursery experience :)

i love Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, and how they have looked after my two year old daughter during her settling in sessions, and when she actually started. As a first time mother, I was so anxious about how she would adjust, However, from her first day there, she was surrounded with warmth, care, fun, play, and a brilliant learning environment.

The staff are amazingly kind, generous and patient, and it's a testament to the quality of the nursery that most of them have been working there for years. As a first time mother, i appreciate the good communication and how well-organised it is. But the most important thing is that I feel that I can totally trust them to look after my daughter - thank you.

My son has been attending the branch since September, and he settled in so quickly. He's being very well looked after, you can tell by his behaviour every morning when he happily runs into the arms of his key workers. It's clear they genuinely care about the children. The indoor and outdoor environments are lovely, and they even have a forest school!

I really like the idea of an open-space facility like they have, but for a preschool group, it would be better if it were separate from the rest so they could have dedicated access to other educational activities. Other than that, it's a great environment with well-prepared staff. My son loves it and that's what makes us, the parents, very happy!

My 3-year-old has been going to the nursery full-time from its opening day due to moving into the area. Previously she came from a different nursery which she was very used to having been there for 2 years.
The transition was amazing, no issues and she settled in straight away. This was not only due to the lovely indoor area to play in, with the garden and forest school (which she loves) but also because of the fabulous staff. They really care about the children, are fun and give them support/comfort when needed. They also have provided me personally with support when needed, as being a parent isn't a bed of roses and can be difficult when said child is being especially hard work and you already feel like you've done a day's work before dropping off to the nursery!

Overall the nursery provides an amazing environment for my daughter to grow, learn and play. I highly recommend!

Amazing facilities, second to only the incredible care our son receives. This is our second child and so we have experienced a few nurseries before this one. This is the best by a long, long way. The staff are not only caring about the children but the parents too. It's amazing.
Our son's behaviour has improved, his learning has developed and his confidence buoyed, in only a couple of months.

Highly recommend.

Brillant preschool for my little one. We can see changes in him already and all for the better. Lots of outside space and the forest school is that added extra as he loves to be outside. Lots of fun activities to be done each week and plenty of inside space to explore.

A truly wonderful nursery, my little one jumps into the arms of their key workers. It's a lovely clean set-up, with lots of educational toys; but a great blend of indoor and outdoor activities. Each day is packed with activities to help my little one learn and develop but also to have calm and quiet time when needed. I love that events are planned throughout the year, for example, 'stay and plays', with the most recent one being a Mother's Day session and Easter egg hunt. I attended both; it was lovely to be part of those and see my little one interact with others and have a small insight into their day.

I'm kept updated throughout the day from an app on what they are getting up to, I love this as it helps me feel connected in the day. A nursey I feel, really cares about my little one; through learning, nutrition, fun and most importantly safety.
