The staff was amazing with my daughter jade they helped in every way and my older daughter came here they helped my daughter to come on and speak and talk because jade was talking to quick THANK YOU VERY SO MUCH

One of the things we appreciate most is the special bonds she has formed with certain members of staff. It gives us so much reassurance knowing she has people she feels safe, comfortable, and happy with every day. The staff have taken the time to really get to know her as an individual, and they always go above and beyond to meet her needs. Whether it's making sure she has her comforter when she needs it, following her daily routine, or simply giving her that little bit of extra reassurance, they always treat her with such kindness and patience.

My son is enjoying to go at the kindergarten and he is happy when he is coming home so all I can think is that they looking well after him and engaged him in lots of activities.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for nearly 2 years and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough! The staff are amazing and you can tell every one cares so much about each child. Parents are always updated on activities and progress, it is always kept very clean and there is an amazing outdoor space. My daughter is always so excited about going which says enough. It is like a second family and I fully trust that my daughter is well taken care of and is having fun every day! 1000% recommend!!

As a mom, I couldn't be happier with the experience my daughter had at this kindergarten. The teachers and staff are kind, caring, and always made us feel welcome. They created a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where my daughter was able to learn, grow, and build confidence. Beautiful team

A lovely nursery with such caring and attentive staff. My child is always happy to go in and comes out with a big smile. It's clear the team really cares about the children and creates a warm environment.The manager & the staff are fantastic, always smiling, kind, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make each child feel safe and cared for. Communication with parents is excellent too. I always feel kept up to date with how my child is doing, and it's reassuring to know what they've been learning and enjoying each day. The activities are thoughtful, fun, and educational, and I've noticed such positive growth in my child's confidence since joining. I highly recommend Newcastle Kindergarden!

Love this family nursing

I was nervous about nursery for my little one. but the team made us both feel at ease, since starting in January my son really has come on, staff are very friendly and welcoming and my son really enjoys his time at the nursery.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and education my son receives at Newcastle Kindergarten. The staff are amazing-so nurturing, patient, and truly dedicated to each child's growth. My son has flourished since joining, learning important cognitive skills in a fun and engaging way.

The nursery provides a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. Their teaching approach fosters both academic and social development, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my son's learning and confidence.

Newcastle Kindergarten is a wonderful nursery, my daughter has been attending since September 2024 in which she has developed so much and made great progress. The staff at Newcastle Kindergarten are lovely so caring and always wanting the best for the children. The nursery have always kept us up to date with happenings and communicated with us through out. My daughter loves attending this nursery and we can't wait to see the further progression she makes with this great team.

There's always a worry about leaving my child with someone else, but when bringing him into nursery I know he will have the best time while being correctly cared for.

Time in the Sun room seems to be going very fast! I just wish everyone was able to move to the next room with him.

We really appreciate all the care and time spent with him. It has really helped our little one become a super noisy, happy and clever toddler and I look forward to seeing how he continues to grow.

It's also lovely to see the manager so involved with each of the rooms and having such a lovely bond with so many of the children.

Only half negative comment - when new staff members are joining the room, it would be nice for them to introduce themselves. I am unsure how many people work in the Sun Room, but there are only 2 I know the names off.
