Happy Chalet is a caring nursery offering a welcoming and engaging environment for children from 3 months to 5 years.

The beautiful calming environments cater to the children providing a learning space to thrive in. Their classrooms are smaller which means they get more opportunities to capture those wow moments, support your child to achieve their targets and the focus is always on the children by doing planned activities and spontaneous activities.

The nursery offers a unique French club and every week, children participate in fun and interactive sessions, immersing them in the beauty of the French language. Through songs, games and age-appropriate activities, they learn French and develop an appreciation for diversity and global languages, enriching their educational experience.

Before finding Happy Chalet, I visited five other nurseries and felt quite disheartened. Many felt big, loud and impersonal, like the children were just a number. I was almost ready to give up. Then I discovered Happy Chalet and met Malahat. It was a true breath of fresh air.


The biggest difference

for me is the home-from-home atmosphere. It feels warm, calm and nurturing. Very personal. It is also absolutely spotless.


The smaller setting is just right for little ones and you can immediately see the genuine connections between staff, children and parents.


My son has only been there for three months, yet he has thrived so much already. He comes home happy and well cared for, full of excitement from the lovely indoor and outdoor activities. Sometimes he does not even want to leave!


Malahat truly goes above and beyond. She has very high standards and is incredibly dedicated. The attention to detail and communication show how much she and her wonderful team care.

We cannot thank the amazing team at Happy Chalet enough for the incredible care, support, and love they've shown our daughter during her time there. Watching her recently graduate was such an emotional and proud moment for us and it's all thanks to the dedication and thoughtfulness of the staff. The
graduation ceremony was absolutely beautiful. It was well-organised, personal, and filled with so much warmth.
Since joining the nursery, we've seen incredible progress in our daughter's development - socially, emotionally, and academically and we know that's largely due to the time she has spent at Happy Chalet.
The staff are warm, patient, and incredibly supportive. It's a lovely community. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child and are passionate about what they do.
Thank you again to everyone at Happy Chalet for giving our daughter such a strong and joyful start to her early years. We'll always be grateful for the memories and the foundation you've helped build.

Wonderful experience at Happy Chalet Nursery! My 4-year-old daughter has been attending Happy Chalet Nursery for several months, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. We could not be happier with our experience at Happy Chalet. From the moment we arrived, we felt the friendly, homey atmosphere that sets this nursery apart. The large amount of space available for children to learn and explore is fantastic, giving them the freedom to enjoy their activities fully. The
staff's dedication to providing individual attention ensures every child feels special and cared for.
My daughter had a previous bad experience at a larger nursery, which resulted in her refusing to attend nursery altogether. However, she settled in so quickly here and now looks forward to attending. This has been a great experience for us.
My daughter settled so nicely and I am impressed with the level of care and attention she is receiving.
All the staff are professional and very well educated.

I was so picky about choosing a nursery, I viewed five nurseries but it didn’t go well, until I went to Happy Chalet Nursery. Knowledgeable and experienced, staff are so helpful and friendly, clean and cosy. My son is really enjoying it and also his development is amazing.

At Happy Chalet we give our undivided attention to the small group of children we have and with the one-to-one approach to our children we ensure they flourish in all areas of their development.


A little bit about me, I have been working in childcare
for over 15 years. I have a Master's degree in French/ CACHE Diploma Level 3 and complete ongoing courses to support my staff, children and parents.
