Mrs Phillips joined Eversfield as Deputy Head in 2010 after 13 years as a Key Stage 2 class teacher, Head of English, and teacher of swimming and PE to Reception.
Mrs Phillips says: "The Early Years department at Eversfield is a very special place. Our team are well qualified, very knowledgeable and extremely caring. To us, a child’s first years in school are fundamental to their growth and development – academically, physically, mentally and socially. Our ethos and school code of C.A.R.E. runs through all that we offer day-to-day and the children are at the centre of this."
Mrs Eades has been working with children in Early Years for almost 25 years.
