Little Inspirations - Aman

Corinne is a highly motivated, hands-on manager who strives to ensure the highest standards of care at Aman Little Inspirations. Corinne is qualified with a level 5 CCLD in leadership and management, Paediatric First Aid, health and safety, Safeguarding, food safety and numerous others. Corinne has recently achieved her Level 5 in play work. Corinne offers an open-door policy at Aman and is always available for parents/carers who require support or advice.

Clare has been working here at Aman Little Inspirations since September 2023. Clare is a highly qualified member of staff who also has a teaching degree. Clare is also trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food safety, manual handling and numerous other areas. Clare is the setting Deputy, ALNCO, and she helps and supports children and their families who have emerging needs.

Elizabeth (Liz) has been working in childcare for the past 20 years and has an exceptional amount of knowledge in child development. She is qualified in Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, fire safety, manual handling, food hygiene and many more. Liz is a happy, kind and an approachable staff member who is always there to support children in their day to day life at nursery.

Emily has been employed at Little Inspirations for 2.5 years after just graduating from university. Emily is qualified in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food safety, manual handling and has attended numerous bite size training courses. Emily has a fantastic bond with parents and children.

Melanie has been working in childcare for over 20 years, so she has an unbelievable amount of experience working with children and families. Mel is qualified at level 3, paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food safety, and so many more. Melanie has built strong relationships with parents and the children who attend our setting.

Sasha has been employed with Little Inspirations since 2023 where she previously worked at a school setting. Sasha is qualified in Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food safety and many more. Sasha is also a fluent Welsh speaker and incorporates this into the daily running at Aman Nursery for both children and staff.

Katey is a very nurturing nursery practitioner who has been working for Little Inspirations for 1 year. She is a Level 2 qualified individual who will be working towards her Level 3. She is paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding trained. Katey will often be seen using her creative skills in messy play.

Ash-Leigh joined us in September 2025 as an apprentice. She has a Level 1 in childcare and is working towards her Level 2. She is paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene trained. Ash-Leigh is a motivated team member who loves to dance and sing with the children.

Tia has been working for Little Inspirations since January 2025. She was a student with us for a year before starting her apprenticeship. She is Level 1 qualified and has almost finished her Level 2 to move on to her Level 3 in childcare. Tia is a valued member of the team who has great communication and motivation. She has made wonderful bonds with children and their families.

Molly began working for Little Inspirations in 2026 and has many years of experience working in childcare. She is currently studying for an Early Years Degree part-time, and will graduate later this year. Molly has formed strong bonds with the children and close relationships with the families, and has become a valued member of the baby room team.

Georgia began working for Little Inspirations in 2026 and loves being a part of the baby room team. She has many years experience working in nurseries, and has a daughter of her own. Georgia is highly trained in safeguarding, food hygiene, first aid and many other courses.

Kelsey joined the team at Aman in 2026 after transferring from another Little Inspirations setting. She has worked in childcare for over ten years and is a highly qualified member of staff. She has completed courses in paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene, and is always keen to improve her knowledge.

Tia joined the team at Aman Little Inspirations in 2026 and has lots of experience working in nurseries. She is highly trained in first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding. She loves spending time with the children outside in the garden and has formed strong bonds with her key children.
