He has really bonded with his key worker and has only not been met at the door in the morning or brought out in the evening by her a couple of times which is really appreciated as it is great for parents and children to have this continuity and chance to build up a rapport.
I have also been impressed by how quick they are to respond to messages sent through the app.
The attention to detail within the activities/observations each week again is brilliant tailoring activities to the parent observation must take a lot of thought and time.
I can't speak highly enough of the food/nutrition again the time and thought that goes into creating such a menu, always looks so good in the pictures.
The attention to detail within the re-vamped areas is amazing and done with the minimal amount of disruption possible to the business.

My child has been attending since she was 9 months old she absolutely loves going to nursery and her development whilst being at nursery is amazing! All the staff are so lovely even the staff that are not her key workers are all so lovely I would 1000% recommend. Since becoming Yellow Brick Road they have made so many changes to the nursery it looks amazing what they have done.

My son has been going to Pump Farm since January 2024 and he absolutely loves it. He has great relationships with his key worker as well as the other staff in his room, they're all happy, and helpful and work hard to reassure me that I'm leaving my baby in the best hands when I go to work. The management team and owners do a fantastic job at making sure we as parents are kept up to date with any developments, changes or exciting things coming up, of which there are many, there is always something fun happening for the children and for the parents. Equipment is always being upgraded and fun activities are always being set up. My little boy has learned so much, he is always impressing us with new things he has learned. He eats like a king too, thanks to the incredible chef and her fantastic menu of home-cooked food. We love Pump Farm and all of the staff and are so glad we chose to send our little boy there.
