Our wee boy is always so happy going in and out of Helping Hands, which says it all. It's such a comfort knowing he's settled, content, and really enjoying himself. The staff are all so lovely, friendly, and caring-we couldn't ask for more.

My little boy is 2 and has been attending helping hands from he was 11 months and he absolutely loves it. He has transitioned from through three rooms and each experience has been great. He is so well looked after and the team are so affectionate. He loves going in in the morning and is always a happy boy when picked up. They do so many activities with him, plenty of outdoor exercise and he eats healthily when he is well. The team are so caring and helpful and we haven't had any problems in the year and a half he has been there. Would recommend to anyone

We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery, and I could not be happier with the care my son receives here. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development.

The team creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, build confidence, and develop socially at their own pace. My son is always happy to go in and comes home smiling, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and supported he feels.

Communication with parents is excellent. We are kept well informed about daily activities, progress, and milestones, and any questions or concerns are always handled professionally and with care. It is clear that the staff truly know and value each child as an individual.

I am extremely grateful for the dedication and kindness shown by everyone at the nursery.. I would highly recommend!

We've had a really positive experience with Helping Hands Day Care so far. Dawson has settled in well and genuinely enjoys his time there, which is very reassuring. Communication through the app has been excellent and keeps us well-informed throughout the day. The staff are friendly and professional, and it's clear the children are well cared for. We're delighted with how things have been going.

One of the things I've loved most is how much time the children spend outside. On top of that, the amount of arts and crafts they come home with is amazing!

Great daycare always very understanding when it came to my son's needs. Always tryed to accommodate for him as he didn't like to wear shoes so this was adapted too and they made sure he was always included when going outside to play. All the staff are great and very friendly and easy to approach.

All my children have attended helping hands daycare. The staff are brilliant and always work with me and my children with anything we need and are always very understanding and caring. They have brilliant facilities and it is always very clean. Would recommend helping hands to everyone with children.

We moved our son to Helping Hands in Sept 2024 as we were moving to Lisburn. We were so nervous about the move as he loved his previous nursery. We need not have worried. The girls in the baby room were so good with him. They made settling in so easy and since then he has loved his time there. As he transitioned to the next room it was done with ease, they brought him up for a few hours a day and within a couple of days he didn't want to go back to the baby room!

The kids are kept constantly busy with play and we love that they get outside as often as possible. Even in the colder weather they just make sure they're well wrapped up. Our son loves being outside so this is really important for us.

We never worry about our son, we know he's being well looked after and the pictures and updates on the app keep us updated throughout the day. They girls are so friendly on drop off and pick up.

We love it so much we already have our newborn booked in for next year!

Both my children go to Helping Hands. One goes to the daycare and one goes to afterschool. My little one has been there for 7 months and is so happy and settled. He does lots of activities and has plenty of time outdoors which is very important to us. He is an allergy baby and Helping Hands have been so accommodating and helpful, ensuring all his meals are safe. He goes in happily each morning and the staff adore him and he adores them! My eldest goes to the afterschool and loves it. Plenty of activities and again, the staff are excellent. Highly recommend Helping Hands!

My little boy has been with this nursery a year now. He loves it and they have been good with him. He runs in every day and does not look back which is great. They are anti bullying which is great. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with helping hands. My son loves it, and I feel it is helping him develop. All the staff are friendly and I love the app so I can check how my child is doing. I look forward to seeing my son continue to flourish.

Fantastic nursery, experienced staff who know my child extremely well. I work full time without any concerns that he is receiving the best care. I would recommend this nursery to anyone within the local area considering a place for their child.

Our child loves going to Helping Hands and has a clear rapport with all the staff in her room. It's clear to see how she loves interacting with other children and how much the staff are contributing towards her learning and development through fun, engaging and educational activities and play.

It's comforting to see my children not wanting to leave as they are so comfortable and enjoying themselves.

Helping Hands Daycare was absolutely the best choice for my daughter. I was doubting putting my daughter into crèche as a first time mum but no regrets the girls are amazing and my child loves going she goes on in not a care in the world days where she's not in she's asking to go in. I 100% know my daughter is safe and happy while she's in there and that in itself lets me know I don't the right thing for her. Can't recommend Helping Hands Daycare enough.

We were worried our son would find it difficult moving to a new nursery but they have made it very easy for us and he has been loving it there.

They also do so many activities with the kids, even in the baby room, which also changes daily.

I would highly recommend this daycare!
