They do so many activities with him, plenty of outdoor exercise and he eats healthily when he is well. Great daycare always very understanding when it came to my son's needs. Always tryed to accommodate for him as he didn't like to wear shoes so this was adapted too and they made sure he was always included when going outside to play. All the staff are great and very friendly and easy to approach.

We moved our son to Helping Hands in Sept 2024 as we were moving to Lisburn. We were so nervous about the move as he loved his previous nursery. We need not have worried. The girls in the baby room were so good with him. They made settling in so easy and since then he has loved his time there. As he transitioned to the next room it was done with ease, they brought him up for a few hours a day and within a couple of days he didn't want to go back to the baby room!
The kids are kept constantly busy with play and we love that they get outside as often as possible. Even in the colder weather they just make sure they're well wrapped up. Our son loves being outside so this is really important for us.
We never worry about our son, we know he's being well looked after and the pictures and updates on the app keep us updated throughout the day. They girls are so friendly on drop off and pick up.
We love it so much we already have our newborn booked in for next year!

He is an allergy baby and Helping Hands have been so accommodating and helpful, ensuring all his meals are safe. He goes in happily each morning and the staff adore him and he adores them!
