Our daughter Blake started nursery at around 7 months and from day one has thrived the nurturing and nourishing environment. She is now almost 2 years old and has made lots of friends as well as acing all her milestones. Kinderzimmer really is her home away from home. The only criticism I have is the staff retention as over the past year and a bit we've seen many adored staff members leave. Maybe that is something that head office/management can work on.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter has received. Her gentle induction in December prepared her beautifully for starting in January, with the transition handled sensitively and professionally. The team truly understands the importance of emotional security, comforting and supporting her as she settles at her own pace and gains confidence. Observations are thoughtful, capturing her curiosity, engagement, and creativity through play with natural materials, paint, and open-ended exploration which is so important to us as a family with strong creative roots. The app keeps us updated on routine details, and the calm, clean environment reflects the team's consistency. Special thanks to Ann-Marie (who seems to hold everything together so well), Sara, Rashana, Val, and Charlotte, whose warmth, patience, and attentiveness have made an enormous difference. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and feel very confident that our daughter is safe, nurtured, and thriving.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. It is truly excellent, and my son absolutely loves it. He has been attending since he was 7 months old and is turning 3 in March, and throughout that time the care has been outstanding. He adores all of the staff, who go out of their way to make him feel special, and his key worker consistently goes the extra mile to ensure he feels supported and happy. He is truly thriving there and is genuinely part of the nursery community, where he is seen, known, and valued as an individual. Every single morning he runs in with a huge smile on his face, which says everything and means I never spend the day worrying, as I know he's having a great time. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, and it's clear how much care and dedication they put into the children. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Great nursery, superb facilities and very accommodating and friendly staff. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery and has a great relationship with her key worker and nursery staff. Overall, very positive experience and would recommend to anyone.

Our son has been at Kinderzimmer since April 2025 at around 9 months. Everything has been incredibly seamless and we love it. Our boy has gone from a crawling baby to a curious toddler. They are loving and oh so kind. They've been so helpful when it has come to his allergy.

He is very happy & loves all the staff, but adores all the baby room educators. When we bump into the chef in the mornings, she is so happy to see him.

We are grateful to have such a wonderful space for our boy to grow.

The balance between structure and play feels thoughtful, and the overall environment is calm, caring, and well run. It's obvious that the team approach their work with patience and kindness rather than routine. Our daughter feels happy and settled, and as parents that reassurance means everything. We're very grateful for the role the nursery plays in her early years and for the care shown every day.

Our daughter absolutely adores attending this nursery! Even though she can't talk much yet, she still mentions the staff and friends by name at home, which says so much about how comfortable and happy she is there. She enjoys every activity on offer, and we are very impressed with the wide range provided. We are also particularly grateful for the nutritious meals they serve. The outdoor space is beautiful, and we love how much time the children get to spend outside. All the staff are incredibly loving and caring, and our daughter settled in so easily. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Having had a really difficult experience at a different nursery before, I was nervous for my child to start at Kinderzimmer but from the very first settling day, the staff have gone above and beyond for my child. It really feels like they've tried to get to know her and she's been made to feel welcome in the baby room. I love that each week parents are told the book or theme of the week and all the pictures that we get of the babies hard at work! I appreciate the way the staff refer to all the babies as friends and the way they support the early social development. My daughter has loved all the time they spend outside and I really have noticed how much more confident she seems since starting there. I couldn't be happier.

Despite being very central they have a garden which is great. Could be bigger so they can run around more but they take them out to the park regularly which is a bonus.

Kinderzimmer Muswell Hill was an excellent nursery for our two daughters to attend for the past few years. The staff are very caring, and pay great attention to the developmental needs of the children. The facilities are great, always clean and well looked after. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Since he started at 11 months, staff have been caring, warm and genuinely invested in supporting his development. He is loving his time in the pre school room, where they do many enriching activities including frequent adventure walks to explore the local area, as well as those dedicated to the theme of the week! We are loving all the art pieces he brings home.

We have always received timely updates and photos, which was very reassuring when he first started in the baby room.

Our second is on the waiting list - we know he will be looked after so well.

A lovely, warm, welcoming nursery with great educators who get to know your child so well. Our daughter has only just started and when she walks in she is greeted by all staff who she comes across. They all know her name and tell me little things they've seen her do or are proud of. I know that even when my child's key worker is not there, she is being looked after by people who know her and care for her.

My daughter started at Kinderzimmer Muswell Hill aged 11 months, which was slightly earlier than I'd expected her to start nursery - the team were great at making sure they knew all about her routine, where she was at with weaning, her character and what she liked to do/play with etc, and made me feel at ease with the settling in stage too. She settled very quickly and she clearly has a great time at nursery and is really stimulated. We're looking forward to seeing her thrive at KZ, and would definitely recommend it.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at kinderzimmer. Our 18-month old twins have been attending for the past six months and have absolutely flourished. The level of care and attention given to them each day is outstanding, and it's clear how much the staff genuinely value and support each child.

Communication is excellent, we are always kept informed and feel completely reassured about how our little ones are doing. The administrative side is also exceptional, everything is organised, efficient, and handled with real understanding of our family circumstances, which has made such a difference to us.

We are so grateful to the entire team for creating such a nurturing, professional, and supportive environment. Our twins love coming to nursery, and we couldn't recommend kinderzimmer more highly.

My daughter has attended Kinderzimmer for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. My daughter attended 2 other nurseries before moving to Muswell Hill and Kinderzimmer is by far my favourite nursery. I appreciate especially how much time they spend outside and out for walks/adventures. Nutrition is also great. All in all, my little one is a confident girl (now ready for school) and thriving!

My daughter joined Kinderzimmer in May 2024 and is absolutely thriving. She settled very quickly and built close relationships with the staff in the baby room. I know that when I leave her at nursery she is happy, well cared for, stimulated, and nurtured and this gives me a great sense of reassurance. It's nerve-wracking leaving the most important person in your life in the hands of someone you don't know, so I was relieved when I saw how comfortable she was and how much she was enjoying all the lovely activities when I received her observations.

My daughter loves Kinderzimmer! At first she was quite unsettled, but after 2 weeks she was very happy to come and play with her peers. I am happy with the communication amongst staff and parents. I love Dukes kitchen and how the children are so independent during mealtime.

Our son started at kinderzimmer Muswell Hill last month and overall we're very happy! He has so much fun at the nursery and we can tell he is already developing, such as making actions when songs come on that we have not taught him! He loves all the food and seems to eat well! At the beginning his naps were a bit hit and miss, but we worked with the nursery to find a settling method that worked for our child and now he is napping way better! At busy times when staff are off, communication can be a bit slow but overall they are always very helpful when we have queries or need to get in touch! Thank you for helping our son settle into nursery so well!

The kitchen is nice big and clean, the eating area is very warm and cosy. It feels safe and really well looked after. The team is great and kind too.
