I cannot fault this nursery, they go above and beyond for the children. Every single staff member is so inviting and will happily have a wee chat every drop off and pick up. They are absolutely fantastic. A special mention to Angela and lynne for taking amazing care of my child he absolutely adores
them, they ensure all children are happy and helped with anything they come to them about. Another special mention for Sandra the manger of the nursery for again ensuring a well looked after and clean facility. The staff also put on amazing activities for the children to enjoy and parents to watch. Very welcoming nursery

We couldn't be happier with the care our two girls receive at Aldergrove. From day one, the staff have been incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring, which has made such a difference for them. We're always kept informed about their days which gives us real peace of mind. Our girls are happy,
settled, and excited to go each day, which says everything. We're truly grateful for such a wonderful team!

Thank you so much to all the lovely staff at Aldergrove, my son has been going to the 2-3 year programme and absolutely loves it. The staff are always so welcoming and greet him by name every morning, he always comes home with crafts and things that he has done throughout the morning and he looks forward
to seeing the staff here each day. Really impressed and already thinking of registering my other child here. It's a great nursery where everybody is treated like family.

I have had two children use this nursery and between them, they have been in every room. I can't praise this nursery enough, they seem to all care so much about the babies and children, they really go the extra mile and there are so many wonderful things that they do with the children. All the staff
and managers have been extremely supportive, the facilities and outside space are amazing and I get lots of updates on how they are doing. The best thing is they have both loved going in and I always felt confident dropping them there knowing they would have a brilliant day and be well cared for.

All of the staff are so lovely, they are so down to earth. The kids love going in each morning. They were so supportive of my daughter's potty training, which made the whole process much less stressful.
In pre-school I have seen my son's confidence grow so much.
The communication with the parents
and grandparents is always clear. With lots of opportunities for us to visit and join in throughout the year.

My daughter has been going to the Eager and Able to Learn programme since September and has been doing really well, I can tell she loves going because she's always saying her carer's name at home and runs up to the nursery every morning. At the very beginning, she was very shy and cried every morning
but the staff were warm and engaging with her and she quickly got settled. She enjoys the activities that they have out in the room and in the drier months, she loves playing in the park that they have right outside her room.

Good evening. We love the nursery and staff. In particular, the manager is a professional who runs a tight ship and is always on hand. Kind, thoughtful and always willing to get stuck in. The staff are welcoming and make a real effort, sometimes going above and beyond to support the children. One of
the staff always with a welcoming smile and arms outstretched for our youngest, other staff members are also brilliant. Another two are ever vigilant over our oldest, he comes home happy, stimulated and inspired. His words and knowledge amaze us constantly, we feel this is down to the care provided by the girls. I can never say thank you enough for all the hard work, effort and commitment all the staff gave my daughter. She can't always be the easiest as she has bouts of awful separation anxiety and diva moments but they are always so comforting and understanding. She has come on leaps and bounds socially and
that's down to every staff member she comes into contact with! I know she will have the best start to Primary Education because of the care and guidance the wonderful ladies in Sleepy Hollow have given.

My child only visits two days a week, a Monday and a Thursday. This was his first experience away from family over any period of time. The staff were and have been awesome since my son started in September. They helped him settle in quickly and ensured that plenty of updates, photos and messages were
sent through the app so both me and mum were able to see how settled he was throughout the day.
Due to a shift change at work, I enquired whether I would be able to swap Monday to Wednesday. Without hesitation, the staff agreed to change my son's stay to a Wednesday and Thursday.
The communication that we receive when my son is at nursery is fantastic.

My children initially went to a different Sleepy Hollow branch and I moved them both to Aldergrove when it was taken over due to the outside space and that there is a preschool onsite. The facilities are first class and both my children are so happy here. Being able to have both in one place (one preschool
and one daycare) is such a bonus when you are a working parent tight for time in the mornings. The staff are a credit to the place, every single one is so friendly and you can tell they love what they do.

The staff are incredibly warm and nurturing, always going above and beyond to make sure each child feels comfortable and happy. It's clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how engaged and excited my son is when he arrives and when we pick him up. The environment is not only safe
and clean but also filled with stimulating activities that foster early development in such a fun and playful way.
What I appreciate most is how accommodating the nursery has been with any changes in our circumstances. Whether it's adjusting schedules or understanding specific needs, they are always flexible and supportive. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my child is not only in a caring environment but also one that is willing to work with families to ensure everything runs smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and I'm so grateful for the incredible care they provide my son.

Our daughter attends the afterschools and the staff are fantastic with her. They make arts and crafts and do occasional baking. She always comes out with the biggest smile on her face telling me how much fun she has had. She has attended the nursery since a young age and the staff went above and beyond
giving her exceptional care. All the staff are impeccable and always welcome you with a smile. The facility is phenomenal with fantastic grounds it's like a home from home. All the staff should be very proud of themselves as we have never known such amazing, caring and loving staff as the childcare workers here.

Fantastic experience, as an early years teacher I have been blown away by the set-up for 2-3-year-olds in the setting. My son loves going each day and always talks about the staff - very clear that the staff are caring and know each child individually. Staff are always approachable and keep you up to
date regularly. Lots of resources and experiences are available to develop the learning. The range of snacks available is great always kept up to date with weekly menus.
Cannot recommend Sleepy Hollow Lisburn enough- such an amazing place for young children!

From day one we have been so impressed by the level of care this nursery has provided for my son. The manager and staff are all so welcoming and it really feels like a home from home.
The daily photos and updates are fantastic and speaking to the staff you can tell they are passionate about what they
do. The activities they do daily are really imaginative and educational, this has helped my son thrive and learn new skills. As a full-time worker knowing your child is safe, and happy and gaining confidence in an excellent environment really eases any worries.
I honestly can’t recommend this nursery enough.

We have been in Aldergrove from when the wee one was 11 months old and it’s the best decision we ever made. The staff are incredible and it’s got a really lovely family atmosphere where the staff genuinely care about the kids. It’s such a nurturing calm place and my little one has and is continuing
to learn and thrive there.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for around a year and a half. This is a fantastic nursery with extremely attentive and caring staff. Our daughter loves attending and always has a smile on her face when she walks through the doors.

The best nursery in the country! The most caring compassionate staff who truly treat the kids as their own!
The preschool teachers are always there to answer and guide the parents!
