I found the nurserys to be clean and hygienic for the children. I witness this during stay and play sessions. Staff maintained high standards of hygiene with the kids i.e - washing hands when coming inside from outdoors, prior to snack time and general cleanliness of the room with so many young children.
Staff's engagement with the children was age appropriate and stimulating for their age development. Would recommend nursery to others.

This nursery has been a wonderful experience for our son. From the moment we walked in for our initial visit, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the enthusiasm of the teachers. They have a fantastic approach to early years education, encouraging curiosity and independence through play-based
learning. Our daughter comes home every day excited to tell us about what he's learned and the friends he's made. The nursery fosters a strong sense of community, and we appreciate the opportunities for parent involvement. The staff are always approachable and willing to discuss our son's progress. The indoor and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed and provide a rich learning environment. We feel completely confident leaving our son in their care, knowing she is safe, happy, and learning so much. Bright Start truly lives up to its name!"

My daughter has been attending in the toddler room since September 2024. She is always very happy and excited to go into nursery each day. She talks very fondly of all the staff there and the children. She comes home with lots of happy things to say about what she has done that day. She has lots of
time outdoors playing and lots of songs and inside play making things to bring home to us.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at blue orkids. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, nurturing, and attentive to our son's individual needs. He absolutely loves going each day, and it's clear that he feels safe, happy, and stimulated in their care.
The
environment is bright, clean, and full of wonderful learning opportunities-both structured and play-based. We've seen such positive development in his confidence, social skills, and communication since starting. The team does a fantastic job keeping us updated with daily reports, photos, and progress, which gives us peace of mind and helps us stay connected to his day.
We are truly grateful to have found such a supportive and loving nursery-it feels like an extension of our family. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a place where their little one will be genuinely cared for and encouraged to thrive.

My experience with Blue Orkids has been good. I went in this afternoon in regards to Mother's day play and stay. My son was very happy to see me come play with him at the nursery and quickly moved the car he and his friend was playing with to me. I am glad to see how happy they are. After playing for
a while, my son said 'read mummy' pointing to the rhyme cards pinned to a little board; saying teapot and pointing to 'I am a teapot' card. We read it and two other books on the nearby shelf. Then it was time to decorate the cupcakes. I was surprised my son knows exactly what to do after washing hands. I had a fun time. Thank you.

My daughter started here in January and has settled in well the staff have been excellent have taught her great values that she has brought home they always answer any questions or concerns you have. My daughter has some days where she has not settled the staff have invited me in to discuss and provided
an action plan which has put my mind at ease, also the app these update regularly and keep you informed on your child and any activities they are doing and I always look forward to seeing pictures of her having fun. I am very pleased with Blue Orkids and would recommend.

I couldn't put into words how grateful I am that my son attends Blue Orkids in Queens Park. Compared to the previous facility, I have noticed significant progress in my child's development, communication with the facility is top priority, all information and updates are provided on time and the staff
are at the highest level. I wholeheartedly thank you for your work, because thanks to this I know that not only the child, but also me as a parent, have support during this journey called parenthood.

I have seen so many activities in which my child has participated on the app and I really appreciated that he is learning so many basic skills of life. I have seen a huge change in his behaviour. He always goes to the nursery in a happy mode it means he feels secure and feels happy at your nursery.

My experience with the nursery is very very good.
All staff are very friendly, very cooperative, helpful.
The value of money I don't know if it is good because I have 2-year funding and generally for a nursery is too high the fees. I'm very happy that my kid is going to this nursery they take care
of her very much.

My son goes to nursery at Blue Orkids @ Queens Park Community Nursery, this nursery is lovely, the setting is beautiful, it's easy to get to and good parking. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and my little boy has really bonded with all of them, he always mentions how the teachers are his best
friends, he started in January and it is his first nursery. As you can imagine, we were worried how he would be going from full-time home to part-time nursery and has absolutely loved it, he has his bad days (behaviour-wise) but always wants to go back. I would 100% recommend this nursery, he learns how to share and how to play with kids, he tries new food, vegetables and fruits every day, he can play outside with the kids, he’s currently learning about mini beasts and it is making him very comfortable to play outside and seeing tiny creatures and not be scared. My son likes coming and learning here very much, couldn’t be happier with how they treat my son and make him feel safe and ourselves on pick ups and drop offs.

We’re extremely happy with our choice to send our son to Blue Orkids @ Queens Park Community Nursery, he absolutely loves it! The staff are friendly, approachable and nurturing. It’s so reassuring when leaving your child there for the day because you know they’ll be in good hands.
Since starting last
September, my son has really developed. His language and social skills have improved greatly. They seem to keep him very busy with lots of fun and educational activities throughout the day. They have even helped with potty training! Communication is great through the app. My son has made some friends at the nursery and has a lovely bond with staff members! I also find the manager to be a great manager, she is very accommodating.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody looking for a home-from-home environment for their child!

It combines a family atmosphere and a rich educational offer. This is a place where you can confidently entrust your child to the professional care of very nice ladies with big hearts who will help you solve every big problem of a tiny person. My daughter enjoys coming here every day and surprises
me every day with new skills acquired during classes and other activities organized at the kindergarten.

I would like to start of by saying that the nursery staff are lovely and polite and are able to help with any questions or queries that you ask. The nursery space itself is a clean and spacious place for your child to play and learn. There is a tidy area for your child to hang their bags and coats and
store any spare shoes/slippers. There is also a large play area outside with appropriate toys and learning activities. I am very happy with how my child is getting on. My child has really settled in and is happy to attend this nursery as well as us as parents.
I would like to thank all the members of staff that have really done an excellent job with making this nursery a safe and happy place for our children.

My 2 year old has settled in really well into the nursery. Staff have taken care to get to know her well and communicate effectively with us as parents. My daughter is happy to go to nursery and enjoys a range of indoor and outdoor activities including: sorting different colour items, stories and songs,
creative crafts, bikes, and the home corner. Staff have supported her to develop and practice skills such as using the pedals on the bike. The learning environment creates a lovely welcoming vibe for children to thrive and continues to be developed. Staff have supported my daughter to continue to use the toilet successfully. Staff are friendly and professional. The garden has a range of exciting equipment to promote play and develop gross motor skills.
