The nursery offers an inclusive fee package which includes discounts for full-time spaces and siblings. Fees are reviewed annually each April. The nursery accepts families who are eligible for Early Education funding, please contact the Nursery Manager for more information. Credit card facilities available to pay onsite. The nursery also accepts childcare vouchers and Tax Free Childcare scheme.

We've had our 3-year-old son attending this nursery for around 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a safe and nurturing environment for the kids. They offer a wide range of activities that are both educational and fun, ensuring
that the children are engaged and learning new things daily. The communication from the nursery is excellent; they provide regular updates on our son's progress and are always available to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for little explorers. Most importantly, our son loves going to nursery every day, which speaks volumes about the positive experience he's having. We highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a caring, educational, and fun place for their child.

My son has been attending Muddy Puddles since September 2023. When we came for an induction, we just knew it was the right nursery for him after viewing many others in Norwich. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and really care for each individual child. He absolutely loves it there and
always comes out with a huge smile on his face so we know he’s had a good day. Staff always update the parent app on a daily basis so we know what was for lunch etc. We both attended the Christmas evening back in December after the nursery was shut which involved lots of different arts and crafts - which was a lovely touch to meet other parents/children of the nursery. Also, attended my son’s first parents' evening last week which was very useful in understanding in more detail how he is progressing.

Our little boy joined Muddy Puddles when it first opened and joined the baby room. He then went into 2-3s and is now in pre-school.
We’ve always felt so happy and confident with each room and staff.
We have had nothing but a positive experience throughout these years and have watched our little boy
grow into a kind and confident little boy.
The staff go above and beyond and always welcome the children and parents with a smile each morning and always have time to talk and give us information on our child’s day. My son talks about staff every day and can’t wait to come to play and learn!
Muddy Puddles is a wonderful setting with an amazing range of resources for the children to explore with a lovely natural outside area.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, she’s attended since she was just over a year old and she is so happy in the red welly room! They offer a really wide range of activities including loads of outside time, which is so important. They are really good at communicating through the app and I feel
like I know where she is developmentally. The new building is lovely and light and all of the staff are so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone!

My daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has learnt so much from attending this nursery, and I love the app they use so we get updates on how they are doing, what they have eaten etc, they also send you photos of your own child.

My daughter has a great time at Muddy Puddles. She always talks about the activities they develop there and gets very excited that she can write a few letters and identify numbers. She has her closest friends and is always eager to meet them. The staff are attentive and give her extra attention when

I have two children at Muddy Puddles and they both absolutely love it! My eldest has been attending for 3 years and she’s turning into such a wonderful little girl. I feel Muddy Puddles has played a massive part in shaping her development and setting her up for school in September. She knows so many

I can’t really fault it, I rate Muddy Puddles really highly. The staff are great, they provide a high level of care for our son and take pride in doing so. And he clearly loves it there.
What I like: we get regular updates throughout the day on the app and a weekly report both for our child and generally
on the group activities.
The activities are clearly engaging and they’re outside in all weather.
The transition to a new room was handled well, sensitive to our son and the relationships he’d built.
The facilities that I’ve seen are good and I feel confident that our son is safe and in an environment that will help him develop.

Very happy with the nursery, both our girls have attended on a regular basis, and one is still at the nursery. The staff is very good with kids, and we feel that our kids are in a safe environment as well. They have a nice play area outside and inside and we are also happy with the cooking facilities
they have.

Our son absolutely loves going to Muddy Puddles. He’s developed so much since he started full-time. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we can really see how fond he’s become of them! The team are great at communicating with us (inc. regular updates via an app), and the facilities are modern, clean,
safe and secure. We are lucky to have found a nursery that also has outdoor and soft play areas, as well as lots of messy and sensory activities!
We would recommend it to anyone in the area.

My daughter (now 21 months) is really happy at Muddy Puddles, and that, for me, is the best possible measure of how supportive a setting this is. She is confident to leave me at the door and toddle in with staff and peers. She runs to meet me at pick-up time and immediately starts to (try to) tell me
about what she has been doing. She has been learning lots of new words that have been a part of the themes in her room at nursery, even though she currently only attends twice a week. She eats all sorts of things that she wouldn’t be keen to try at home, which is a bonus!
Staff are kind, professional, and clearly very skilled in supporting children’s development and wellbeing.

Lovely friendly and caring staff, good email communication and very accommodating with requests. Occasionally odd item missing when collected but always get it back the next day. Good to have the app but not always loads of info on there but the basics are there and lovely to see pictures of them at
the end of the week. Such a great bonus to have access to softplay some days.

Wonderful nursery. They're fantastic with our 15-month-old daughter, and she absolutely loves being there. We count ourselves very lucky to have found such a lovely nursery. Our son has been going since he was 5 months old and whilst initially only a day a week (now more) he has always come out very happy at the end of the day. He never fights us when he is dropped off showing how comfortable he has become
with the nursery staff. They are lovely and attentive with him, and the other children in general, and have helped our son develop his social skills and participate in many different activities.
The facilities on site are great and the fact there is an outdoor garden space where our son loves to get messy is brilliant. As a nursery, it's always recommended to others.

My daughter's experience at Muddy Puddles has been fantastic. She started just after she turned three. I was a bit apprehensive because aside from one or two occasions she hadn't spent any time away from me or her dad. At first, she was unsure, but the staff were very welcoming, kind and understanding.
After only a few weeks, she was excited to go and is still eager to be the first in. She has developed so much since starting nursery. She's made friends and comes home happy every day with lots of stories about what she's been learning. Highly recommend.

My son recently started at Muddy Puddles and we could not be happier with the nursery. The staff are super kind, helpful and organised. Our son goes in happy each day and comes out even happier, talking away about what he has been up to The activities they are coming up with each week are amazing, educative
and original - we have been fascinated reading the updates of what they've been doing each week with the children. Overall there is a really calm atmosphere to the nursery which I'm sure is down to the staff, the management and the spacious clean rooms.
