Muddy Puddles is a fantastic nursery with wonderful, caring staff. Our 18-month-old daughter has settled in brilliantly and loves her time there. We have used Muddy Puddles previously between 2020-2022 for our now school-age daughter and she also loved it and was always excited to go. Great communication and always helpful with any questions.

Muddy Puddles is such a lovely nursery. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and he loves it there. The building is modern and feels light and bright, the outside space is a good size with lots of things for the children to do. Most importantly the staff are brilliant, they are child-centred and focused on each child's needs, and they communicate well with us parents, which is so reassuring as a first-time mum. And it's very reasonably prized compared to a lot of other nurseries! Would recommend Muddy Puddles to anyone.

Day one our child was crying and didn't want to leave us when going to nursery. 3 months later she now loves it. No tears when she gets dropped off, runs open armed to the staff. We have built up loads of trust with this nursery and can highly recommend it to others. Very clean and modern facilities. Staff all very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The app keeps us updated throughout the day too which is a nice feature. Spoken to other parents using them and all are very happy with the service. It feels like an educational and development facility rather than just childcare which is great for us.

My daughter loves this nursery, we feel that she is very safe and well looked after by the staff. The building is relatively new and is kept in good condition. And each day she comes home to tell us the varied activities they get up to.

We've had our 3-year-old son attending this nursery for around 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. My son has been attending Muddy Puddles since September 2023. When we came for an induction, we just knew it was the right nursery for him after viewing many others in Norwich. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and really care for each individual child. He absolutely loves it there and always comes out with a huge smile on his face so we know he’s had a good day. Staff always update the parent app on a daily basis so we know what was for lunch etc. We both attended the Christmas evening back in December after the nursery was shut which involved lots of different arts and crafts - which was a lovely touch to meet other parents/children of the nursery. Also, attended my son’s first parents' evening last week which was very useful in understanding in more detail how he is progressing.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, she’s attended since she was just over a year old and she is so happy in the red welly room! They offer a really wide range of activities including loads of outside time, which is so important. They are really good at communicating through the app and I feel like I know where she is developmentally. The new building is lovely and light and all of the staff are so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone!

Our son absolutely loves Muddy Puddles! He runs in every morning and doesn’t look back, and is absolutely full of beans when we pick him up. He seems to have great relationships with the staff and children and we love the weekly updates on the app too. Lucky to have a soft play area too. Thanks to all the staff at Muddy Puddles!

My daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has learnt so much from attending this nursery, and I love the app they use so we get updates on how they are doing, what they have eaten etc, they also send you photos of your own child.

My daughter has a great time at Muddy Puddles. She always talks about the activities they develop there and gets very excited that she can write a few letters and identify numbers. She has her closest friends and is always eager to meet them. The staff are attentive and give her extra attention when she's a little moody or even sad.

I have two children at Muddy Puddles and they both absolutely love it! My eldest has been attending for 3 years and she’s turning into such a wonderful little girl. I feel Muddy Puddles has played a massive part in shaping her development and setting her up for school in September. She knows so many things that I haven’t had the time to teach her and I am so grateful. My youngest has been going for about a year and I’m so excited to see him learn everything she has. The facilities that I’ve seen are good and I feel confident that our son is safe and in an environment that will help him develop.

Very happy with the nursery, both our girls have attended on a regular basis, and one is still at the nursery. The staff is very good with kids, and we feel that our kids are in a safe environment as well. They have a nice play area outside and inside and we are also happy with the cooking facilities they have.

We would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Our daughter loves Muddy Puddles and clearly has her days there. The staff are always so helpful and very communicative. The updates on activities are always comprehensive and it's lovely to see photos too.

Lovely friendly and caring staff, good email communication and very accommodating with requests. Occasionally odd item missing when collected but always get it back the next day. Good to have the app but not always loads of info on there but the basics are there and lovely to see pictures of them at the end of the week. Such a great bonus to have access to softplay some days.
