Our 2-year-old has been to three different nurseries, and TFTF is by far the best!
My son always has a great time there, so I can drop him off without worrying and know he is in safe hands.
What really stands out for us is how many outings they do, whatever the weather. They are off to the park, the library, or even hopping on the tram. I also love that they offer fruit or veg as snacks too.
Communication is excellent too, any questions or requests are answered straight away, and we get regular updates and lovely little observations about his development. Everything feels incredibly well organised and thoughtfully planned.
All in all, we've had a brilliant experience with TFTF. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Our son has attended this nursery for 2 years and is now leaving to start school. Think For The Future Tots is an amazing nursery and the best setting we could have found for him. Every aspect of the setting has been planned carefully around children's wellbeing, care and education. The care provided by the staff is exemplary. Every day at the nursery provides opportunities for supporting children's growth, with educational and creative activities, daily outings, an allotment on which the kids grow their own vegetables, and lots of fun and play! The communication between the staff and the parents is also excellent, providing all the reassurance and support parents may need. We will really miss everyone at Think For The Future Tots!
Thank you so much for your kind words, we will truly miss you all!
The manager and co are so on top of things. My son is autistic and they've been amazing about helping me get him a diagnosis. They recently arranged for an Ed Psych to come and see him at nursery, and her report really highlighted how amazing they are with him. They're great at preventing him from becoming dysregulated in the first place, and are nurturing his friendships within the nursery. He's very well supported in gaining the social skills he needs for healthy relationships with his peers. When he does get dysregulated they are brilliant at helping him find his equilibrium again.
I've asked them if they will keep him until he's 18 instead of him needing to go to school but unfortunately not!
Think for the Future Tots is an amazing nursery in every way. My grandson has been there for nearly 2 years and has come on in leaps and bounds in every aspect. The staff are committed and friendly. Their personalised tracking of progress is exemplary. The daily trips are varied and themed always with a focus on educational development. The link with the local community garden is fantastic and the very best use of it is made. The range of activities they do with the children is extensive and very imaginative. The staff are very aware of the curriculum they are following. The recording of progress via the app is positive and thorough and gives a lovely insight into the daily life of the nursery. All in all, I am very impressed and satisfied with the nursery and would recommend it very highly indeed.
I feel confident in leaving my child at the nursery knowing he will be well looked after for the day. Staff are so good with him, and have been an excellent help in terms of helping him with his speech development, as when he first started he could hardly say 1 word and now he is a lot closer to soon be talking! I would highly recommend this nursery, it will give your child a good foundation to progress successfully onto school.
Thank you for your kind words - we love having your family as part of our nursery community!
Think For The Future Tots is fantastic. My kid loves going and always has a great time. The staff are brilliant and attentive and the range of activities for the little ones is fantastic. Communication is great such that I always know how they're getting on. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for sharing such kind words, they mean so much to us!
Our super-sensitive 3-year-old daughter has the best time at Think For The Future Tots! Every time we pick her up and ask, 'Were you happy at nursery today?' her joyful answer is always, 'happy!' She is so well cared for by the fantastic team, and it's clear they truly understand and support her unique needs. Couldn't ask for a better place!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We are glad your daughter is enjoying her time with us!
Think For The Future Tots is such a wonderful nursery. As a smaller provider, it really is a calm, welcoming, warm and nurturing environment. We couldn't ask for anything more for our little one. She is full of smiles at the end of the day thanks to the incredible staff and the facilities are top quality. We love that they make an outing part of the day. We have every confidence that our daughter is not only extremely well looked after, but she is having fun and being supported brilliantly in her early years. Thank you for everything, Think For The Future Tots!
We've been really impressed with Think For The Future Tots. The staffing team is knowledgeable and welcoming and has kept myself and my partner informed at every step of the process. Being a small nursery, I feel like the staff know my little one so well and are able to cater to his needs at every step of his journey. The nursery, resources and activities are all such high quality and there is such a lovely warm, family feeling to the setting. Even though there isn't an outside space on the premises, they take the children on an outing around the local community every day, doing a big range of different activities, which I love hearing about! Finally, the cost is really reasonable for the high-quality setting.
We are so grateful for your kind words, thank you for sharing your experience of TFTF Tot's with us!
From the beginning of the process, the manager has been so reassuring and you can tell she has thought through every aspect of the nursery she has created. From the toys and resources to the daily outings, everything is evidence-based and child-focused. Her passion for supporting parents with their children in the early years is amazing, she knows the children and families inside out!
We are so excited to be part of the Think For The Future Tots family and would recommend it to anyone who wants a calm, nurturing place for their child.
Thank you so much for your review, we are really pleased you see the value in Think For The Future Tots!

Hello! I'm Ellie Nursery Director for Think for the Future Tots.
I've always loved working with children, I began my childcare journey whilst volunteering in an orphanage in Peru, and once I returned I immediately enrolled at University to get my degree in Early Childhood Studies. Whilst at University I also did some teaching in Milan, which started my love of researching how childhood is different across the world. My international experiences enable me to use knowledge from across the globe to enhance my practice.
I have previously worked with a variety of ages, from babies to older children; before TFTF Tots I managed a busy preschool.
I have a love for the outdoors and think the outdoor play is vital for young children, I am a qualified Forest School Leader which shapes my practice with children.
My favourite part of my job, apart from seeing happy faces on the children, is connecting with the families, I love to put on events for the entire family to be involved in, as after all, we are guiding your child's development together.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I used to be a primary school teacher but now work as a nursery practitioner for TFTF Tots. I have always wanted to work with children, taking Early Childhood Education modules throughout my French degree, and teaching English Language across several nurseries and primary schools for a year in the South of France.
After doing my PGCE and working as a KS2 teacher, I wanted a more child-led role, which brought me to TFTF Tots. My experience as a teacher, alongside my education, has given me an understanding of how to create the best start for a child's education.
In my spare time, I enjoy gardening. I love that I can share my knowledge and passion for nurturing nature with all our children, both through nature-based activities and hands-on experience of observing, sowing and growing in our allotment planter.
Hi! I'm Keri, a level 3 qualified nursery practitioner. I have worked in nurseries since 2014, and my heart has always been in childcare - witnessing awe and wonder daily, rewarding and definitely fun! I have experience working with all ages, having led both baby and preschool rooms, meaning I have a lot to offer working within a mixed-age nursery like TFTF Tots. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my own little boy!
Hello, I'm Beth. I am level 3 qualified. I have been working with children for the past 9 years in both schools and nurseries. I have extensive experience in working with under-2s; however, before joining the Tots team, I worked as a nanny for 2 years, providing tailored childcare and educational experiences for several families.
In my spare time, I enjoy sharing time with my family, travelling, walking and staying healthy at the gym. My favourite part of working with children is watching and helping them grow and learn, creating strong and supportive bonds with them and their families.
Hi, I'm Hollie! I am a dedicated nursery practitioner and a qualified early years teacher with over 6 years of experience. I've had the joy of working in various settings, from baby rooms to preschool and have experience in a SEN School. My personal approach to childcare is all about letting the children lead the way in their learning, helping them explore and grow through play. I'm passionate about adapting to each child's unique needs to ensure they have everything they need to thrive.
At home, I love going on mini adventures with my son, exploring our local world. I'm also a scout leader, sharing my love for the outdoors and life skills with children aged 11-14. My travels, including living in Costa Rica's rainforest and exploring Thailand, have fuelled my love for exploring local cultures. During my travels, I even had the opportunity to teach local children, which taught me how to adapt to different needs and languages. I love my job and sharing my passion for experience with our nursery community.
Hi, I’m Fatima! I am a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with nearly five years of experience in the childcare sector. Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, training courses, and completing my qualification.
I especially enjoy planning and delivering fun, messy activities, and love celebrating special occasions with creative ideas that spark children’s curiosity. Watching children grow, develop, and reach their full potential is what inspires me most in my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, practising mindfulness, and exploring all things health-related. I also love spending time with my family—especially taking my younger sister on fun adventures!
