Hello! I'm Ellie Nursery Director for Think for the Future Tots.
I've always loved working with children, I began my childcare journey whilst volunteering in an orphanage in Peru, and once I returned I immediately enrolled at University to get my degree in Early Childhood Studies. Whilst at University I also did some teaching in Milan, which started my love of researching how childhood is different across the world. My international experiences enable me to use knowledge from across the globe to enhance my practice.
I have previously worked with a variety of ages, from babies to older children; before TFTF Tots I managed a busy preschool.
I have a love for the outdoors and think the outdoor play is vital for young children, I am a qualified Forest School Leader which shapes my practice with children.
My favourite part of my job, apart from seeing happy faces on the children, is connecting with the families, I love to put on events for the entire family to be involved in, as after all, we are guiding your child's development together.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I used to be a primary school teacher but now work as a nursery practitioner for TFTF Tots. I have always wanted to work with children, taking Early Childhood Education modules throughout my French degree, and teaching English Language across several nurseries and primary schools for a year in the South of France.
After doing my PGCE and working as a KS2 teacher, I wanted a more child-led role, which brought me to TFTF Tots. My experience as a teacher, alongside my education, has given me an understanding of how to create the best start for a child's education.
In my spare time, I enjoy gardening. I love that I can share my knowledge and passion for nurturing nature with all our children, both through nature-based activities and hands-on experience of observing, sowing and growing in our allotment planter.
Hi! I'm Keri, a level 3 qualified nursery practitioner. I have worked in nurseries since 2014, and my heart has always been in childcare - witnessing awe and wonder daily, rewarding and definitely fun! I have experience working with all ages, having led both baby and preschool rooms, meaning I have a lot to offer working within a mixed-age nursery like TFTF Tots. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my own little boy!
Hello, I'm Beth. I am level 3 qualified. I have been working with children for the past 9 years in both schools and nurseries. I have extensive experience in working with under-2s; however, before joining the Tots team, I worked as a nanny for 2 years, providing tailored childcare and educational experiences for several families.
In my spare time, I enjoy sharing time with my family, travelling, walking and staying healthy at the gym. My favourite part of working with children is watching and helping them grow and learn, creating strong and supportive bonds with them and their families.
Hi, I'm Hollie! I am a dedicated nursery practitioner and a qualified early years teacher with over 6 years of experience. I've had the joy of working in various settings, from baby rooms to preschool and have experience in a SEN School. My personal approach to childcare is all about letting the children lead the way in their learning, helping them explore and grow through play. I'm passionate about adapting to each child's unique needs to ensure they have everything they need to thrive.
At home, I love going on mini adventures with my son, exploring our local world. I'm also a scout leader, sharing my love for the outdoors and life skills with children aged 11-14. My travels, including living in Costa Rica's rainforest and exploring Thailand, have fuelled my love for exploring local cultures. During my travels, I even had the opportunity to teach local children, which taught me how to adapt to different needs and languages. I love my job and sharing my passion for experience with our nursery community.
Hi, I’m Fatima! I am a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with nearly five years of experience in the childcare sector. Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, training courses, and completing my qualification.
I especially enjoy planning and delivering fun, messy activities, and love celebrating special occasions with creative ideas that spark children’s curiosity. Watching children grow, develop, and reach their full potential is what inspires me most in my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, practising mindfulness, and exploring all things health-related. I also love spending time with my family—especially taking my younger sister on fun adventures!
