My daughter started in September 2023. She absolutely loves it and the staff are so great with her. It's the only way I get her dressed in the morning is that we are going to nursery. She wishes that she could go every day as we drive past It.

Also, the facilities are lovely with a baby sensory room and indoor garden!

Recently moved from another nursery. Really positive start. My child is happy and engaged, it’s been a painless transition. The staff are very friendly and clearly experienced. The facilities are lovely, and the indoor play area is a hit.

The staff are lovely and enthusiastic and work hard to keep the children entertained. For toddlers and preschoolers, the day is packed full of different fun things from making cookies to water play.

We recently moved to the area and Perfect Start was recommended. I met the manager and she was kind and genuinely made me feel at ease. Moving in itself is a big change for everyone, especially toddlers but the manager and her staff are doing their utmost to help settle both my children. My little girl except for some initial tears is very happy in the toddler's room and loves the freedom to play and paint. The staff are down to earth and kind and I can see this reflected in my daughter’s contentment. My son is taking time to adjust and the staff are open to trying ways to help him feel safe and at home. They are patient and kind and whilst I know this will take time due to my son’s personality I am hopeful he will settle and grow to love pre-school. Overall my experience of the nursery has been positive. All staff are friendly and kind and the entire building is clean and has a homely feel. The outdoor space is both my children’s favourite and they love the soft play area.

My almost 3 year old son joined Perfect Start in Burgess Hill in September and he loves it! As parents we were worried about the transition from his previous nursery but all the staff has been amazing since day one and helped him a lot during the first few weeks to make the initial period as smooth as possible for him. He is now completely adjusted and enjoys going to nursery each morning. All staff is super friendly and caring and they do a lot of different activities with the children and teach them about different subjects. The nursery has great spacious and bright areas, a wide variety of toys and books, and an amazing soft play area in the indoor garden, as well as an outdoor area. It's reassuring to know that our son is happy and has a great time at nursery and that he is being taken care of by a great professional team. Highly recommend Perfect Start at Burgess Hill.

Amazing team. Have listened to us parents and made our son feel so at home at nursery. Everyone knew his dietary requirements and his small little quirks which really made us feel comfortable. Thank you from all of us!

My 11-month-old recently joined the nursery and as a first-time parent I was nervous and worried about a few things, but the girls really assured me and took a lot of care in ensuring my son was sticking to his usual routine. From day one, I really felt at ease and, although a few winges come out of my son when I drop him off, he happily goes to the girls who comfort him and ensure he is happy. When I pick him up I often interrupt play time but it’s so lovely to see how happy all the kids are and how much fun they are having. I get a detailed update of what my son has been up to, his naps, feeds and what he’s eaten. The girls are lovely and seeing the bond your child creates with them reassures you that they are having a great time and being looked after properly. I have also noticed positive changes in his development. I’m very pleased that I chose this nursery. What matters the most to me is that he is safe and well looked after and I feel this is the case at Perfect Start.

My son loves Perfect Start, the nursery equipment and classrooms are amazing. The garden is also incredible and like having an outing to soft play! Most importantly all the staff are so friendly and welcoming- he comes home talking about them all. I highly recommend the nursery!

Being the nervous mum I am and the stress that came with letting someone else look after my two small children. When you have taken care of them for the first year of their life, it is hard letting go and letting someone else do it for you when you go back to work part-time after maternity. The ladies here have been amazing in reassuring me that they'll be okay and that they are in good hands. I kid you not my two are excited to go to nursery each week knowing they'll see their friends and key workers. They have learnt so much from these beautiful ladies who show so much passion and love for each individual child. I could not recommend Burgess Hill Perfect Start Nursery enough. This was the first nursery I walked into and felt safe knowing my toddler and almost toddler would be well looked after and loved! Thank you so much!
