All staff members are wonderful with helping my children progress in their learning and their journey towards primary school but they have also been amazing with keeping me updated about their learning and how they are doing. The SENDCO has been amazing helping my daughter with her speech and language and getting her the extra help that she needs

The setting is immaculate! So clean and tidy, with beautiful toys and resources for the children to play with. The selling point for us was the indoor garden.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Burgess Hill for nearly a year since she was 10 months old and every person there has been so kind and caring to her, and friendly to me. They have always been very professional and I feel that she is safe and happy. She loves her days with her little friends and doing so many activities. I love getting updates on everything she does via the app. The indoor/outdoor garden is a particular asset - great she can spend time getting fresh air and exercise there. They seem very good at promoting her early years education and development, and at informing me about her progress.

Very poor communication and unfortunately lost confidence in management team and withdrew our child. Sensory room closed without notification to parents to allow another room of children. Staff seem overwhelmed and overstretched. Lots of training needed, as agreed by area managers.

The nursery staff are extremely attentive and my daughter looks forward to and enjoys her days at the nursery. They encourage her to participate and her vocabulary and interactions in general have improved dramatically since she started here. The management team are open, honest and friendly.

Fantastic nursery. All members of the staff are understanding and cater for everyone. Management are outstanding and always willing to help. They have helped my daughter develop with her singing nursery rhymes.

Since moving up to older babies we have found ours/our daughters experience to be so much more positive. The girls are so thoughtful, and call to update if drop off didn't go well. They are very nurturing to our daughters and have really helped her to settle. We originally weren't thrilled when she was I. Younger babies, but the older babies staff and new management have changed our minds completely.

Our son has been in the nursery for 6 months now and he's so content being there. All of the staff are very friendly and give us thorough updates when we collect him. The rooms have lots of age appropriate activities for the children and it's so lovely to see all the children actively engaging with the staff.

She has picked up so many skills, and the staff know her so well they can tell when she is a little under the weather or needs a little more attention. She is very independent since joining nursery, and there always seems to be new toys and activities for our little ones. Thank you all

Since my son has started at Perfect Start he has come on so much as a little person. He loves all his key workers and his new friends. The facilities are by far the best I've seen in a nursery and everyone is so so friendly. I couldn't feel safer leaving him there each day knowing he's going to have the best day! Highly highly recommend.

The best nursery in the area. We tried another in Burgess Hill before finding this one and they are worlds apart. The facilities are incredible. The team are always so positive and happy to help and give lots of information about our son's day. They eat really well and always allow our son to have seconds if he needs. We were initially worried the tea time food would not be enough as it is considered snacky like pittas and veg sticks but they often do more substantial meals and again always allow for seconds if needed. The garden facilities are amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor garden so even when it's tipping down they can go play on the jungle gym. They visit the sensory room as well where they have lots of toys and interactive lights. And it's so clean! We can't fault them. Our son will be 2 in November. I don't think he would be doing so well with his speech either if it wasn't for them. They really care!

Thank you for working with us to settle our child into the new surroundings. The staff have all been so lovely and reassuring through the transition from home to daycare. It’s lovely we can pick the phone up and ask how our baby is getting on through the day.

This was my daughter’s first ever nursery she went to, and it took a lot of time for her to settle in the beginning, but now it’s been six months, and she’s doing great for the last four months. She loves going to nursery and never says no. Always comes home happy and chirpy. She also likes the food which is served. So many activities to do - keep her busy all day. The nursery staff is very supportive and accommodates any request from the parent - I requested to give my daughter warm milk as she likes it that way, so they took care of it. Thank you, everyone at Perfect Start, for taking care of my daughter.

The staff are just amazing, I don’t have a bad thing to say, you can just generally see they care so much. My little one absolutely adores them. One staff member in particular, I think my boy feels she’s his second mum and I am so thankful I can drop him and feel at ease straight away. I feel he really is so looked after. My friends that have had babies I’ve recommended the nursery to them as I just love everything about it.

The standard of care from the staff is outstanding. The facilities are wonderful. The place is always clean and tidy unless there is deliberate messy/creative play happening. My daughter is blossoming. Honestly can’t recommend highly enough. The general friendly atmosphere also makes the nursery dash a pleasant interlude in the day.

Amazing staff at an amazing setting.

My daughter recently started at Perfect Start and she absolutely loves it there! The staff and environment have made it an easy transition from day 1. The staff are always very detailed with the end-of-day briefing and you can tell that all of the people that work there genuinely care about providing an educational, fun and safe environment for all the children.

Highly recommend Perfect Start Nursery. My baby has been coming since 11 months. The staff are kind and caring and ensured my little one was happy throughout the settle sessions. They do plenty of exploring and activities all day to keep the children engaged and entertained. The indoor garden is great with a big climbing frame to burn off energy when it’s too cold/wet/slippy for outside play.
