Phoenix Park Nursery Giltbrook

I have been undergoing an intense treatment that involved being away from my son for 5 weeks in total. The nursery were very supportive during this time. I knew that i didnt have to worry as i received updates via their app to put me at ease and they reassured all family involved that they would help where they could and make it easier on my son.

Our twins have been going to the nursery for the last year & they love it. Their speech, language & counting has come from nowhere! The staff seem really caring. They spend time outside everyday do a good range of activities

My little boy started at the nursery a year and half ago and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming! They was so good when he first started really making sure they got in touch with photos etc to make me feel more relaxed while he settled in and has been the same with my youngest starting. I was really nervous because she is a bit younger than when my son started and the girls have been so supportive of this and really go out their way to make me feel at ease. In all the time my little ones have been at the nursery I've never had any problems, even if there was something that I have noticed a quick message to the girls and they are on it straight away

Any issues that we had were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Our little boy has been at Phoenix Park since September 2025. He's always enjoyed going in to nursery and loves the staff (who he often talks about at home). The nursery rooms are always clean and tidy and they have lots of activities set up for the children on arrival and it's clear to see the progression of activities through the different rooms. We like the nursery app as it's nice to see how our little boy is getting on during the day. We sometimes see pictures of him but it would be nice to see a few more (not sure if this is because he attends at the end of the week and photos are mainly taken at the start of the week though). There are also lots of extra activities as well for World Book Day, the World Cup etc which is nice. Overall a great nursery and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere in the area!

My daughter started at Phoenix Park when she was 10 months old in June 2025 and from her first day she has been so happy there! When I took her for her settling in sessions and saw how attentive the staff were towards the children and how the children were so comfortable with them it assured me I had definitely picked the right nursery! Every day at drop off my daughter is so happy and puts her arms out to go to the girls in the baby room. The app has been great to see updates throughout the day and to message the staff - nothing is too much for them! I can't speak highly enough of the girls working in babies, they are all so lovely and you can see that they treat the children like their own which is so reassuring as a mum going back to work after spending 24/7 with your baby for several months! I'd recommend Phoenix park to anyone and I think my daughter will be sad to leave the girls in babies when she eventually moves rooms!

A great nursery and would deffinite recommend it to parents with young children.

I think the nursery is really good and my daughter loves it there. She always has a smile on her face when I come to pick her up. Shes learning to socialise more with others whilst at this nursery. If i have any questions they can answer them no problems.

The management are super helpful and friendly when I've called for any reason. I would highly recommend this nursery and all the staff.... not all superheros wear capes!!

Love that the children go outside nearly every day unless the weather isn't great which is understandable.

Brilliant nursery with lovely staff. Our daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and she loves it. Her care and development have been brilliant, and her confidence has grown so much. We always know she will be happy and safe when we send her off to nursery.

My son enjoys nursery so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Security is a very high standard and all the staff adhere to keeping the children safe and happy. The app they use to update parents is sucessful and easy to use and very informative. This includes receiving photos of the day's activities and has a useful messaging service that it wonderful. The nursery set up up for different age ranges and feels modern with a homely feel. Overall nursery is a popular and fun place to be. Feel very blessed my little boy has his nursery family as a huge support.

My child is usually happy from drop off to pick up time. She is involved in a variety of activities and I get almost real-time updates on the app, which I really like. I feel like Phoenix Park keep a good track on each child's development and I can see the progress my child is doing. As a bonus, staff are super friendly.

Lovely nursery and staff. My little boy enjoys going to nursery and has made some great friends. It does feel like there are sometimes too many children in the classroom which probably makes it difficult for staff to keep a close eye on everyone especially if there are children with extra needs in the classroom. Overall a good nursery.

I am happy that I send my daughter to the nursery, as when she first started she was very shy and didn't want to leave me, but now only after a few months, and going only twice a week, she has opened up and now enjoys going to 'play with her friends'.

My daughter joined Phoenix Park Nursery Giltbrook in February 2024 as an 11 months old baby. It was very stressful for both - her and us as her parents, but deep inside we knew that's gonna be the right decision. And it really was! Staff are super friendly, very professional and always helpful. My little one loves spending time in the nursery, she never cries, she knows it's her safe place. They do so many creative activities every day, I'm always impressed with all the ideas. It was definitely the right choice, I'd recommend this nursery to everyone.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are lovely and welcoming. My daughter is 3 years old and has been going here for the past year. She always comes home happy, excited and always well-fed!

This has been an amazing nursery for my little girl. She has loved it here and the staff are fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery to get my little girl ready for school. We will miss this place when she starts School in September.

We have had an amazing experience with Phoenix Park Nursery, all staff have been great with our little girl and we would always recommend the nursery to family and friends. The staff go above and beyond and it is reflected in how much our daughter loves her days at nursery.

The routines are good for preparing children for school, for example writing their names every morning. My daughter is so happy at Pheonix, can't recommend it enough.
