Phoenix Park Nursery Giltbrook

I'd recommend if you're looking for a caring setting for your little one.

My daughter has been coming to Phoenix Park since she was 9 months old. She has been in babies, tots & now toddler room & she loves it.

Her development surprises me daily - her speech, imagination and intellectual skills are next level. She was counting to 10 and could identify different colours from 18 months old & we have recently started seeing her imagination during play time which is so exciting.

She also comes home singing lots of different songs, talking about what she has been up to and she is always occupied & has a smile on her face when I pick her up.

The staff are all very friendly and invested in your child's development. You're always greeted by the staff & it's a lovely atmosphere. The managers Abi & Charlotte are both involved too which is assuring to see for both the children attending and the staff! I also really like that in each room the children have a key worker that works with them to support their progression.

Would definitely recommend!

Staff are very friendly and caring, they always put the welfare of my child above everything, if Finley needs someone to sit with him and just cuddle for the day, they have done this! They always keep in contact informing me of what is happening during the day, overall this is a fantastic place to bring your little one, highly recommend!

We've been really happy with H's experience at nursery. The staff are friendly, caring and welcoming, and it's clear that they genuinely know and care about the children. H has settled in really well and is always happy to go in, which gives us a lot of confidence that he feels safe and comfortable there.

We particularly appreciate the occasional photos showing what he gets up to and the range of activities and experiences they provide. It's lovely to see how much he's developing in confidence and independence.

The famly app isn't always updated, so occasionally we don't know whether H has had a bottle or lunch that day. However, the staff are always happy to let us know when we ask, so it's never been a major issue.

Overall, we're really happy with the nursery and the care H receives. The staff are approachable, kind and clearly invested in the children, and we feel confident leaving H in their care.

Both of my children have attended phoenix park and have loved it and had the best time . Both walk out with a big smile and are happy. All the staff are friendly and kind and it has a warm and friendly environment.

Really happy with the nursery. The staff are so kind and caring with the children. Every time I pick my daughter up, she's happy, settled and busy playing. It's lovely to see her enjoying her time there.

My son has been at this nursery for 6 months now and absolutely loves it, developing a close bond to the staff. The staff are fantastic and really comforting and caring. The app is brilliant for updates throughout the day, showing what food they have eaten and how much, nappy changes, naps etc and the staff send pictures of your child during observations.

My twins started at the nursery in September 2025 when they were 8 months old and they were cared for very well in the Baby Room. The staff were wonderful, helping us navigate the logistics of settling two children into nursery and providing valuable support and reassurance during the weaning stage.

They are now in the Tots Room and continue to thrive. It has been lovely to watch the progress they have made since starting nursery. Their communication and social interaction skills have developed well and I am sure this has been because of nursery.

Although there isn't lots of outside space, good use is made of what is there. Over the past few months, it has been noticeable that the provision provided inside is more purposeful and focused.

Both children are always happy to attend nursery and genuinely look forward to their days there. It's lovely to see the strong, positive relationships they have built with members of staff who clearly know and care for them as individuals.

Our little girl has been going to Phoenix since she was 6 months old and loves attending. She always talks about the staff and her friends there, and loves the varied play tasks they do, including playing outside. One area of improvement, I'd like more support and communication with toilet training. In comparison to another nursery and our 6 year old, who were very hands on, offering direct support and advice, it doesn't match up. Our little girl will go to the toilet at home and tell us, but find at nursery, she won't tell staff. Some more advice to help support or a plan would be beneficial. We have had some days, when we've fetched her and she smells like faeces so have had to strip her off and bath her. Only small recommendations overall.

Staff seem to form real bonds with the children and show real care and affection

We have always had a great experience at Phoenix Park, with our eldest daughter starting as a young baby all the way through to preschool. Our other children also attend the nursery and they have all loved their time there. Communication has always been good and it is easy to contact them if anything is needed. On the rare occasion we have had an issue it's has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. We have found Phoenix park to have been a great foundation for our children and we would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful nursery the managers as exceptional, they cannot do enough to ensure the little ones are cared for and have a wonderful environment to grow in . The room staff are exceptional as well , looking after them all no matter what ages they put their all into looking after them . As a mother I feel supported with all the staff and management as they are easy to approach and to talk to .

All in all a great nursery!

My little one started in April when they was 9 months old and I was nervous because I didn't know how they would settle in. But the girls in the room are some of the best women I could ask for to look after my baby. Not only do they fill me with so much confidence when dropping my baby off but they have actual conversations with you about life. They are wonderful people and are doing an amazing job. My little one has settled in so well all thanks to them.

I love how happy my baby is every time I pick her up. When I know she is messy/had a change of clothes I know it's because she's had a good day.

The Nursery have filled me with so much confidence and I will choose them and recommend them every time.

We would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents looking for somewhere their little ones can feel happy, safe and supported.

After recommendation from a friend my child joined in 2024 and we have been happy with their time there. Through change of ownership and all the changes that come with that. Staff are always welcoming and have supported transitions well. Any questions or concerns have been answered or actioned quickly. Both my children now go and enjoy their days at nursery, and the food often eaten all or more at meals.

We cannot praise this nursery and all of its wonderful staff highly enough for the care, support and kindness they have shown to our great-granddaughter and our whole family.

When she first started, we were naturally concerned, but the support and encouragement from the nursery staff have been second to none. It has been amazing to see the progress she has made. She is now much more alert, sits up, interacts with the other children and has made so many physical improvements.

The staff are always so friendly, caring and reassuring, and they have a wonderful way of putting you at ease. We have complete trust in their care and judgement, and they have always made us feel that she is safe, happy and well looked after.

The nursery has such a lovely, warm, family atmosphere, and our great-granddaughter is happy, settled and enjoys her time there. We are incredibly grateful to every member of staff for everything they have done for her and for our family.

My Son really enjoys his days at nursery. The staff in the room are friendly and supportive and take great care of my baby. I love the observations and being able to see what he is doing during the day. The office staff and management are helpful and always quick to respond to any queries.

Our twins have been at this nursery since January. The staff are lovely, welcoming and great with the girls. They keep us updated regularly and send lots of pictures. Our girls have come on so well since starting nursery, their speech especially. The enjoy a really wide of meals and snacks. Would 100% recommend!
