We moved here from another nursery in Twickenham and we have not been disappointed one bit. Great facilities and amazing staff make this an amazing nursery. Our daughter's development is just phenomenal and she honestly loves going to nursery here.

The best part of the nursery is the amazing staff. My son started when the nursery opened in September and he found settling in a bit difficult but the staff were so caring and cuddled him whenever he was upset. He now loves going to nursery and has a beaming smile every morning when he knows we are on our way. He also eats and sleeps much better than at home.
The baby groups are just the right size and the staff organise great activities for them every day and they also spend lots of time in the fresh air. The swimming classes are also a great extra and we look forward to them every week.
On the days when my son is at nursery, I know I don't have to worry as he is getting the best possible care, delicious food and lots of cuddles.

We love the nursery and the setting. All the staff are wonderful and very friendly. We know they really love taking care of our son and they genuinely love seeing how they develop. The kids have plenty of outside time and space to play around.
We were slightly worried about our son's speech (age 2) and within such a short period of time his speech has developed so much and he is becoming so confident within himself.
What makes us most happy is seeing him run into the nursery and giving the staff a big hug.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.
We have been beyond thrilled with The Mall Nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing: the most caring, selfless, professional and friendly people you could ever imagine. We receive regular updates on the app about our child's day, including how much he has eaten and when, his exact nap times etc, as well as weekly posts with plenty of lovely photos. Our son loves his time there and enjoys a wide range of creative activities, such as painting or making sand castles. He has a trusting attachment to his key people and we are completely reassured leaving him there for the day. The nursery is so accommodating, allowing for 7 am early starts and 7 pm late finishes if ever needed. We really couldn't be happier with it and want to give a huge thanks to all the team!

Our son started nursery in September and has settled in really well, as a result of the amazing staff who care so much about the children and go out of their way to make sure the children are content and comfortable. They come up with a varied programme of activities each day, encouraging each child to explore but without any pressure and they are always on hand with cuddles too! My son beams when he is dropped off each morning, holding his arms out to the staff and looking forward to the day. He is developing confidence and skills every day. The dedicated garden is amazing - and one of the main reasons we chose the nursery.
Our daughter is really starting to flourish at the nursery and it's so lovely to see all the little friends she's making. She's made really special bonds with several of the team who have all been a massive support to her.
Her meals are better than she has at home and they've even managed to get her into a nap routine!
The facilities are brilliant, including the amazing outdoor area and the option of swimming lessons included.
We would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone.
Ever since our son started at The Mall we have been so impressed with the quality of care provided for him. He runs in there with a massive smile on his face and is so calm and happy at the end of the day. He is provided with a range of activities to do, including trips out, arts and crafts, and messy play. All of these are geared towards learning, and we have noticed a real improvement in his range of words and understanding. The staff are really caring and always provide a lot of detail on how he has been all day, as well as regular updates through the app that you can check from work and home. Thoroughly recommended.
At first, I was afraid that the Mall Nursery was quite new, compared to other local nurseries. But after visiting the nursery for the first time, I was very impressed with the nursery manager. So we decided to send my daughter to the Mall Nursery. Now, I can say that this was the best decision we made for her. Thanks to all the nursery nurses' love and care towards her, she got through the settle-in process very smoothly. She soon has a strong bond with them and sees the nursery as her second family. Not only her key teacher but also the rest of the staff, always welcome her and help her enjoy her time in the nursery. I highly recommend that this is the best local nursery I've ever known. Thanks to all the Mall Nursery staff for everything they have done for my daughter.
The transition for my child into the nursery was so well managed by the manager and the team. The team have been amazing and settled him so well and he is absolutely loving being at nursery. He has just been learning to potty train and the team have been wonderful in supporting him to the point he is now fully trained. The nursery environment is so peaceful and the equipment is so well suited to the age range. The outdoor space must be the best in the area and is really ambitious. Really love our nursery and our son is so happy there.
During settles, the staff really supported us as parents and the babies by getting used to this new environment gradually and with lots of fun activities.
I can already see a huge improvement in my son's development because of how supportive and encouraging everyone is and because there are so many opportunities given to him to explore and learn.
The outdoor space is amazing, never seen anything alike.
You get daily updates on an app about your child's day, which is a really lovely way to stay connected, so I am always looking forward to updates and pictures (the more pictures the better!).
The manager always makes sure that everything is to the highest standard and I feel like everyone really listens to feedback from parents.

Meet the Team (2)
Neetha has over twenty years experience of working in nurseries and was previously nursery manager at Bright Horizons in Teddington. Neetha’s impressive length of service in the early year's sector combined with local knowledge will be hugely reassuring to parents choosing the Nursery at The Mall and she is very excited about the challenge of leading our new co-educational provision for 0-4-year-olds on Hampton Road.
Sam Gosden, BA (Surrey), joined The Mall in September 2024, after being Head of Dolphin School, Clapham. He has been in teaching for 20 years and has held Director of Music posts, been Head of Assessment, Head of Digital Strategy and Head of Lower School (11-16).
Mr Gosden has experience working with nursery aged children, as his previous school has two nurseries, supporting over 65 children. He visits the nursery weekly and knows the nursery pupils as equally as those at the school.
