My daughter loves going to Kings Worthy Early Years, and I can see why. The staff are incredibly welcoming and make every child feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. They really encourage independence and support each child at their own pace. Any help or specific needs are handled with great
care and understanding. I'm very happy with the experience my daughter is having here.

The nursery has good outdoor areas and a lovely selection of outdoor garden activities. It's great that they often do the woodland walk and multi sports on a set day each week. My child doesn't tell me about what he has learnt so will be nice to have more updates on the app or a paper newsletter to
see what he has been up to. A few times he's come home and had an accident in his pants so would love for staff to try and encourage the children to go bathroom before pick up. He loves the multi sports and the garden time activities. Staff are great and easy to talk to. Food is good we bring in lunch but nursery provides snacks etc. nursery is very clean and well looked after we love the borrowing books.

We've had two children attend this preschool, and both absolutely loved their time there. The staff are caring, attentive, and really take the time to understand each child's personality. It's been wonderful to see how happy and confident our kids have been each day. We couldn't recommend this preschool
more!

My daughter just loves to go the centre. She's always coming out with happy face and had lots of fun. The centre really try their best they just keep organising fun entertaining and educational activities for the kids. The communication is excellent. Parents can talk with the centre workers even on
morning or at collection time or on phone. The manager responds the emails also very quick. Everyone is really kind, they love the kids and they love them too. My daughter learnt so much already at the last couple of weeks and she's just getting more and more confident and independent after every single day.

My little boy has been going to this pre school since September and he LOVES IT! He's always talking about pre school and very excited when it's the days he goes. The staff are really good with him there, provides photos of activities he's done and gives a detailed overview on how his day has been and
what he's ate/not ate etc. They all are really sweet, bubbly and welcoming and I am so glad I chose here :)

I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone! My daughter went here for 3 years and now my son goes there and just the best experience for both parents and children. The staff are just amazing, they're so supportive and friendly and when picking your child up from their day, you get a good briefing
of how they're day was, what they got up to and any issues or problems. In the 3-4 years I have been going to this nursery I have never once had any issues at all, my daughter loved it and still talks about the staff there. My son, who is under assessments for autism and adhd loves it, he has come on so much and is improving constantly and it's because of this nursery. They are so accommodating to all children's needs, I'll be sad when I no longer have any children here

Our daughter has been attending Kings Worthy Early Years for a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she's received. The team work so hard to create a fun, engaging and educational environment for the children. Our daughter genuinely wakes up excited to go to pre-school, and there
are tears when it's the school holidays or her days off! The team have always been so attentive in both our child's needs but also ours, keeping us in the loop with her development, and working with us to tackle certain obstacles (potty training in particular). Thank you Kings Worthy Early Years, we will be sad to leave next September!

Without a doubt this preschool is the most friendly, amazing place to send children to. My son went to a different preschool as we lived elsewhere and nothing compares to kings worthy early years centre. The staff are fab and really care for the children, they take into consideration the children's
feelings and also what interests them best! My daughter loves attending here, she's always excited to go to preschool. She has an amazing bond with ALL staff, not just one. I can't thank them enough for everything they do.

Our daughter has had a fantastic time at Kings Worthy Early Years Centre so far having just started in September. The staff are fantastic and our daughter has developed a real bond with her key worker which is lovely to see as she has always been very shy around adults outside of family. The outdoor
facilities are really what makes the nursery stand out for us. Every Monday the children are taken on a woodland walk to the adjacent primary school where they have an outdoor classroom, veg patches and beautiful woodland which is amazing. We get brilliant regular updates on the app with photos from the woodland walk and other activities the children have been up to. It is a relatively small nursery which for us is a real plus as you really feel like they get to know individual children so well really focus on their interests and individual development. Being adjacent to the primary school is also fantastic in terms of transition to Year R. Overall Brilliant nursery.

Kingsworthy early years is a fantastic pre school. The team are absolutely amazing, so friendly and caring. Always happy to help. This is my second child that goes to this pre school and I could not recommend enough. They are always introducing new things to keep the children learning and happy, and
have a great range of outdoor activities as well! Thank you all for being so amazing

Current Review Score: 9.6 (9.630)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.6 (9.630) out of 10 for Kings Worthy Early Years Centre is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 11 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 11 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.855 for Kings Worthy Early Years Centre is calculated as follows: ( (113 Excellents x 5) + (17 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 131 Ratings = 4.855
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.775 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kings Worthy Early Years Centre is based on 11 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 = 3.775
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 31 number of registered child places is 6.2, which has been reached with 11 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
