We're kept in the loop of what she's been up to, and also supported as working parents too with optional early drop off for days we have to be in early and also support when we had our second child recently. They also do lovely events such as mothers and Father's Day afternoon tea (with granny's and grandads invited too).
When we've had challenges (eg jet lag after visiting family in Japan) nursery were brilliant at helping our daughter settle back in.
We love it. Our daughter is happy, growing well and she's safe. Our second child will start in 2026.
The care, dedication and love the staff pour in emanates from the moment you walk in the door. Their attention
The nursery is also served amiably by an incredible chef who feeds the children better than you could imagine with the Deputy Manager acting as a very capable sous chef too. We have had our ups and downs but this past year has been transformative and I wouldn't have my children anywhere else.

I have been working in childcare since 2009, starting my career as a Nursery Assistant and gradually working my way up through various roles to become a Nursery Manager in 2018. Throughout this journey, I have gained extensive experience and have had the privilege of managing large nursery settings with up to 89 children and 32 dedicated staff members.
I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning & Development, as well as a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification. These qualifications have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of child development and how to create a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence through play and exploration.
I am incredibly passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children and helping them grow into confident, happy individuals. I believe that each child is unique and has their own special journey, and I am committed to supporting them every step of the way. One of my greatest joys is investing in my team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where practitioners can develop their skills and grow professionally. I am committed to helping each staff member reach their full potential, empowering them to be exceptional educators and role models for the children in their care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature with my son. We love going on adventures, reading together, and enjoying all the beauty that the world has to offer. These personal interests often inspire me to bring a sense of awe and wonder into the nursery, encouraging children to discover the world around them.
