There is a strong partnership with parents: home learning, a library with books and story bags to take home, Open Nursery events where parents come and do activities or just spend time in the nursery, open days, and parents information evenings.
The nursery is based in a community centre and it is building partnerships with the local community - shared activities, classes and visits.
There is CCTV indoors and outdoors.
The nursery offers 5 meals a day, cooked on-site by their qualified and experienced nursery chef. They offer vegetarian meals and serve eggs. They also cater for allergies and special diets.
All the staff members are trained in safeguarding/ child protection, food safety, paediatric first aid and a range of various courses related to childcare, education and health and safety.
Little Leaders Stonegrove offers all-day sessions (8am to 6pm), shorter days for 30 hours funding (9.00am to 4.30pm), mornings (8am to 1pm) and afternoons (1pm to 6pm). They also offer funded places - 15 hours and 30 hours a week for children over 9 months old.

I have had my child here for 11 months. He is learning, having fun, the environment is clean and bright and the food is nutritious. With the recent change of manager there are many opportunities for parents to get involved in the nursery life, to actually go in and spend time with the children, which speaks volumes about the nursery's transparency and true openness. Baby number 2 is on the way and he/she will definitely be attending Little Leaders Nursery.

Overall Experience
We have two children at the nursery and have seen the place go from strength to strength, especially in the last couple of months under new management. We value and appreciate all the new changes, and the kids love going to the nursery every day.

Our 4-year-old daughter has been attending this nursery for 2 years now and we are very pleased with the level of care, safeguarding and development she has experienced at the nursery. The staff are warm and welcoming and always happy to engage with parents and the open plan format has really helped accelerate our daughter’s development. Our daughter enjoys the vast array of creative activities and role-play stations the nursery offers along with seasonal celebrations and education. The nursery also has a fully covered outdoor garden area with plenty of outdoor space for the children to get much-needed fresh air.
All in all, a great nursery, with fabulous staff and modern facilities.

My son has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years since he was 11 months old. I have peace of mind when I drop him off as I know he will be well looked after and that he will be happy. All the staff listen to any concerns/requests parents make, and it's clear that they have all the children's best interests at heart when making decisions. The place has a very family and caring atmosphere, and it is focused on learning through activities and fun.
My husband and I are super happy with our choice of nursery.
