Our Nursery Manager plays an important role in ensuring the nursery is a safe, happy and welcoming environment for every child, family and member of staff.

They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting and leading the team to provide high-quality care, learning and development for all children. They work closely with parents and carers, ensuring strong relationships are built and that families feel supported and listened to.

The Nursery Manager also oversees safeguarding, health and safety, staff development, policies and procedures, and ensures that the nursery continues to meet the high standards expected within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Most importantly, our Nursery Manager leads by example, supporting the team to create a nurturing environment where children feel confident, valued and encouraged to learn, explore and grow. Read less

As Deputy Manager, they help oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring children have the best possible experiences during their time with us.

As our SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), they are responsible for supporting children who may have additional needs or require extra support with their learning and development. They work closely with children, families, staff and other professionals to identify individual needs and put the right support in place.

They are passionate about making sure every child is included, valued and given the opportunity to reach their full potential, while also supporting and encouraging our team to provide the best possible care for all children. Read less
