Kido Battersea

We are so happy with our experience at Battersea Kido Nursery. Our daughter has been attending since August 2024, and the team has been wonderful throughout this entire time. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely caring. They create a nurturing and safe environment, which brings real peace of mind as parents. Over the past year and a half, our daughter has grown in confidence, learned so much and comes home happy and excited to share her day. The level of care and attention each child receives is truly exceptional. We feel very lucky to have found such a fantastic nursery and we are so grateful to the entire team for their love, care and everything they do. Highly recommend! Very satisfied with the nursery. Our kid has been going since when 6 months old (and now is over 2) and is loving it. V well structured activities, loving and caring staff, great facilities and garden space, very good nutritional plan for the kids and good management of room changes according to age. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our child is so well cared for-he literally runs in every morning with excitement. The management team creates a warm, well-organised and child-focused environment. We love getting daily updates and photos that show how happy and engaged he is.

The staff are incredibly professional, kind, and clearly love what they do. They work long, demanding days with so many moving parts, yet always show care and patience. When we had concerns around biting, the management handled it with sensitivity, working with us on a positive plan.

There's always something fun going on-Spanish lessons, fancy dress days, photos, and trips. It's a joyful, enriching place and we feel very lucky to be part of this community.

[Note: I gave 4 not 5 stars for outside space because the outdoor area might be smaller than other nurseries but with the park so close its never been an issue].

Lovely nursery with lovely staff. Our daughter truly enjoys spending time there. She started nursery 6 months ago and I feel she came long way. Settling period for us was a bit longer, but staff was so positive and supportive along the way. Now she absolutely loves going to the nursery and with no hesitation she goes to her teachers arms every morning. She loves her food and I love to see all the different food options they have everyday. Also it is super helpful that we get all the updates on how their day has been through the App and we can't wait to see photo updates we get twice a week. Facilities are nice, new and clean. Outdoors space is ok and they are fully using everything they have. Having looked at few nurseries in the area I think Kido has one of the better facilities around. Overall we are super happy with this nursery, staff are lovely and they really care for our little ones.

My son has been attending here for the past year. One of he's teachers busse does an amazing job. He constantly is excited to come in to the nursery and always says her name on the way there . You can tell staff enjoy what they do and really give the maximum attention to all children there.

My daughter has been attending Kido Battersea since she was 11 months old, she's now 2.5 years and absolutely loves it! She comes home everyday brimming with smiles and chatter about her friends and what she's been doing throughout the day. The staff and management are absolutely fantastic, they're so kind and caring towards the children and they're always happy to answer any questions I have. The facilities are great, the classrooms full of great resources for the children and the nursery is beautifully clean everyday.

Couldn't recommend enough - spacious facilities, structured programmes, responsive and knowledgeable staff, and feels like a part of our family. Our little one loves going to nursery and is a joy to watch them blossom into a confident happy kid!

Teachers are amazing!

Our daughter has been at the Nursery for the last 4 months. She has developed tremendously thanks to the support from the team. She loves her meals and is always happy when we drop her off. The staff is very professional and keep us continually updated on the app.

Our 2-year-old son has been attending Kido since he turned 1, and from the beginning, we have felt that he is very happy going to nursery. What we like most about Kido Battersea is their commitment to transparency and collaboration with families. Being able to enter the room at any time (for example, when you pick up your child) and see how the teachers interact with the children, in a natural and friendly environment, gives us confidence and relief. They keep you constantly updated on how your child is doing, which I find important because it helps keep the child's progress aligned between the nursery and home. The staff are lovely, and you can see how passionate they are about caring for the children. The management team does many activities to involve families, allowing us to get to know the teachers and other parents better. We are very happy with our decision to send our son to Kido, and we highly recommend it.

I attended the open day at Kido Battersea, it was fun and has a lot of activities. My daughter enjoyed it and it helped her a lot through her settling-in process. Thank you Kido family.

We are extremely happy with the nursery. It took our daughter a few weeks to settle but all staff including management were super supportive. Our daughter now runs in and waves us off. Her development has been incredible from walking, communicating, etc.. The nursery staff are all so friendly and caring, it has a really family feel which makes the overall experience amazing.

I also request a better learning experience for children coming only in the afternoon.

We had a lovely open day. There was a jumping castle, activities set up in all the classrooms and an animal presentation which was excellent. The Kido Battersea team is so friendly and has been such a happy place for us and our daughter.

Overall, I could not be happier with this nursery and the care they receive here. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational environment for their children. We chose Kido Battersea because of the location and stayed because of the teachers working there. My son is looked after and cared for, he has enjoyed every day there and is making great friends. The warmth of his key worker towards him made me leave nursery every day feeling at ease. The venue is nice and clean and he enjoys a lot the garden. I would highly recommend Kido Battersea!

I’ve recently moved my daughter here from another nursery and she is unbelievably happy. The staff are really kind and we’ve seen her progress really quickly from a developmental standpoint since joining. She is constantly smiling as a result of the kind teachers and has settled in really well. Couldn’t be happier.

My son has been attending for a year and we have had only good experiences with Kido. The staff are warm, friendly, and enthusiastic, and the facilities are new and well-maintained. I feel that my son is very safe and provided for while he is attending and he looks forward to each morning. When he is not feeling well, he receives extra attention and the staff have accommodated our extra requests he needs.
